The Theory Of The Conspiracy Theory
The door to the bulky module unlatched to a whirr, and from behind it emerged a figure cladded in
white. "One giant leap for mankind," the man uttered, as he descended the short flight of stairs down
to ground level, disengaging his fishbowl helmet to the pleased "Cut!" of the director and the
thrilled clapping of everyone else in the studio. This was Apollo 11 for the moon landing conspiracy
theorists, who will swear by their beliefs despite the standard opinion of the television and the
textbook. Minute details differ, but the foremost claim of the conspiracy theory goes something like
this: in 1969, the United States was unable to perform a manned lunar landing, and therefore staged
the Apollo missions in an attempt to defeat the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
As the New York Herald in Paris remarked, "It is difficult to fly. It is easy to say, 'We have flown,'"
two things fueled skepticism in the face of scientific achievement: a disbelief in technological
capabilities, and a lack of demonstrable results. The Apollo missions extinguished both concerns. In
terms of technology, hoax believers frequently mention the Soviets' constant lead in the Space Race.
They achieved many firsts, but were never able to send men to the moon; it seems logical, then, that
this feat must have been beyond the Americans as well. But in reality, the United States was never
far behind. In fact, by 1965, it overtook its rival, reaching many milestones that were key to manned
lunar missions (e.g. space rendezvous). NASA, thus, was in a good position to travel to the moon–
and to the moon it traveled. As noted in Lunar Rocks and Soils from Apollo Missions, it even
brought back some souvenirs, in the form of 842 pounds of moon rocks. These samples possess
unique properties unseen in any Earth counterparts, and to forge these rocks in such large volumes
would have been impossible. Rocks aside, there are other reasons to believe in the moon landings as
well: reflectors left on the lunar surface, or landing site imagery, to name a few. Surely, the validity
of the landings lacks no evidence in support. Then again, the vast majority of us have never been in
space, on the moon,

Reasons the Moon Landings Could Be a Hoax
"Every sight in space is spectacular." This was said by Neil Armstrong, the first man to supposedly
land on the moon. The question is, did he really land on the moon, or was it a broadcasted fraud?
Thousands of Americans argue that it was a setup such as the attacks on September 11, and every
day, somebody changes their opinion on what really happened. For many years, people have been
trying to figure out this occasion, and ever since Neil Armstrong, Michael Collins, and Buzz Aldrin
Ventured down from the moon, conspiracies have been appearing. The three men traveled on a ship
called the "Eagle". Facts show that Buzz Aldrin and Neil Armstrong were the only two to land,
while Michael Collins orbited the moon. Neil Armstrong was the first ... Show more content on

For example, "Conspiracy theorists have pointed out that when the first moon landing was shown on
live television, viewers could clearly see the American flag waving and fluttering as Neil Armstrong
and Buzz Aldrin planted it" said Josh Fox. Many NASA employees and citizens have been able to
prove that the flag was only moving because of the inertia given by Neil Armstrong as he was
planting it. There is no wind up in the atmosphere of the moon which is the reason why the
footprints of Buzz and Neil will be preserved for hundreds of years. Another conspiracy that many
people have created is why the sky black with no stars in the background. This has been proven by
NASA by saying, "The moon's surface reflects sunlight, and that glare would have made stars
difficult to see. Also, the astronauts photographed their lunar adventures using fast exposure
settings, which would have limited incoming background light." This is proof that two Americans
really did land on the moon and for more proof, many anecdotes of these men that felt the rush
themselves. The book, "Houston, we've had a problem" by Jim Lovell describes the journey back
home from the moon, and how Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin, and Michael Collins stared into the
eyes of death himself. Jim Lovell is not just some American citizen; he was a commander on Apollo
13 and worked at the NASA base during Apollo 11. Apollo 11 was the journey taken by Neil, Buzz,
and Michael where they

Moon Landing Is Not A Hoax Essay
"That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind" was the famous quote made by Neil
Armstrong when landing on the moon. This was most impressive feat of innovation in the history of
mankind but some conspiracy theorist think it was all just a to political stunt. This people who think
it is a hoax have no idea what they are talking about because they are either crazy or do not trust the
government. The evidence that support the moon landing are abundant, these include achieving it
numerous amounts of times, the soviet union did not dispute it, and finally the numerous amounts of
rock samples brought back.
To begin with, the moon landing is not a hoax because they achieved this impressive feat nine times
and why would NASA fake it so many times and over exaggerate the lie it if it was a hoax. If it were
a hoax someone within the organisation would get it wrong over the course of those nine trips, and
the fact that they did not slip once means it is true. One of the astronauts on the Apollo 16 mission
states that, "we have been to the moon nine times, why would we fake it nine times, if we faked it?'.
If NASA faked it those nine times then it must have been a waste of billions of tax payer's money on
a hoax. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
If the Americans had made any mistakes on their information about landing on the moon, then why
did the Soviet Union not discredit this impressive feat in human history? The political damage that
the Soviet Union could have brought on the American people would have been enormous, because
of the tension of the Cuban Missile Crisis in 1962. Some people of course though that the Soviet
Union were in on the hoax but think of the tension that existed between the two countries at the time
and how much the Soviet Union would have liked to have embarrassed the

How Does NASA Float On The Moon?
July 20, 1969, Neil Armstrong, and Buzz Aldrin landed on the moon, in the shuttle called Eagle.
True or false Bill Kaysing believes NASA has fooled us all.
"The Eagle Has Landed" The famous quote from "Buzz" E. Aldrin, Jr. as he and Neil Armstrong
landed on the moon in the Eagle, the landing ship used for the USA's first manned flight to the
moon.
The point to be proven: Buzz Aldrin planting the USA flag in the ground and it's waving gently in
the breeze. Except, there is no air in the moon's atmosphere therefore it is not possible for there to be
a breeze on the moon.

result in waves and ripples –– no breeze required!" NASA made ... Show more content on

The shadows go in different directions! Isn't there only one sun? The sun should be the only thing
giving off light. Shadows should be parallel.
When on the moon, there is a complete absence of clouds in the sky, and no artificial light to block
the stars. In NASA's photos, there are no stars. The absence of stars rose the suspicion of many.
"Aldrin moves toward a position to deploy two components of the Early Apollo Scientific
Experiments Package on the surface of the moon during the Apollo 11 extravehicular activity. The

Moon Landing Hoax Essay
Description of Moon Landing Hoax On July 20th 1969 the American space program has landed the
first human on the Moon. Until today conspiracies about the moon landings has been debated
endlessly over that fact that the American space program in reality, landed Apollo 11 on the moon or
was fabricated with the assistance of stage props. Due to the lack of evidence as to the moon
landings being real, 45–50% of the Americans also believed that the space programs were a waste of
time.
The following conspiracies made over the years are the waving flag, multiple light sources, lack of
visible stars, and the "C" rock, lack of crater impact, the Van Allan radiation belt, duplicate backdrop
and crossed layered hairs. It's believed to be said that in ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
When pictures were taken, there were no stars visible even when using the highest qualities of
cameras. It's not true because when the sunlight is reflected on the moon the surface of the moon
becomes bright enough that the cameras aren't good enough to pick up pictures of the stars. It's also
possible that the cameras being used must have had fast shutter speed making the background image
dark or black. Imagine living the city it's impossible to see any stars at night, but by moving away to
the country side you would be able to capture a couple of stars. By moving away from the main light
source, try traveling to the dark side of the moon, then it's only possible to capture pictures of the

Earth Landing
20% of the world are convinced that the Apollo 11 moon–landing in July 20, 1969 was faked. For
the past several decades, a small group of NASA–watching sleuths has repeatedly tried to pawn off
the incredulous idea that the Apollo Moon program really was an elaborate, $30 billion hoax filmed
in a movie studio. This group believes the United States needed to cement its world leadership
during the Cold War by pretending to pull off what really was a technologically impossible stunt
(Villard, 2004). If actor Orson Welles was able to convince over one million Americans that
martians were invading Earth, there's no doubt the more–powerful government could persuade U.S.
citizens and keep the entire moon landing hoax a secret.
Conspiracy theorists pointed out when the first moon landing was shown on live television, viewers
could clearly see the American flag waving and fluttering as Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin
planted it. Photos of the landing also seem to show rippling in a breeze, such as the image above
which clearly shows a fold in the flag. The obvious problem here is that there's no air in the moon's
atmosphere, and therefore no wind to cause the flag to blow (Fox, 2012).
The claim goes as follows: had NASA really landed us on the moon, there would be a blast crater
underneath the lunar module to mark its landing. On any video footage or photograph of the
landings, no crater is visible, almost as

Landing On The Moon: A Hoax?
On July 21, 1969 the United States government were the first humans to step foot on the moon,
although people claim that this was a hoax. The reasoning for the hoax would be that the United
States needed to assert their victory in the space race over Russia landing the Soviet Union.
According to recent polls, approximately twenty percent of Americans believe that the U.S. never
landed on the moon. This shows that a fraction of the American population genuinely believe that no
man from the United States government made up the whole ordeal. Although recent studies prove
that the landing was authentic, the factual evidence provided later in this paper will further explain.
There are many claims provided to explain why this event is so speculated, but they can all be
debunked. The "waving flag", the lack of an impact crater, multiple light sources, and the lack of
stars can all be explained by simple science. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The hoaxers claim is false, for the use of basic science and the law of inertia explains effect. The law
of inertia states that an object in motion stays in motion unless acted upon an unbalanced force. To
help understand why the flag was rippling, Michael Rundle states that," No, there isn't any wind on
the Moon, but there is momentum and inertia." (Rundle). The quote provided shows that there was
momentum and inertia in motion whilst the flag was being placed. While this was happening, a
ripple caused by such law continued to move down. This hoax was debunked by simply studying the

One of the most famous examples encountered by is the crosshairs in the picture. These crosshairs

One Giant Lie for Mankind: Was the Moon Landing a Hoax?
"That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind," is one of the most recognized quotes by
Neil Armstrong as he was taking the first human steps on the moon. But was he actually on the
moon? Some would say that on July 20, 1969, man did not make it to the moon and Neil Armstrong
and Edwin Aldrin never touched the lunar surface of the moon. The explanation is that the
government faked the landing and moon walk somehow. Why fake the moon landing though? This
was a momentous time in American history and it could be a lie. If it is a lie there are many
questions that could be asked such as why lie about it, what proof is there that says there was not a
moon landing, and how would the travel in space and landing have been faked? ... Show more

NASA created Project Mercury which was a small space capsule and rocket. Only astronauts less
than 5' 11" could ride in these capsules and it was still a tight fit. Astronauts said that the "Mercury
capsule was not something you climbed into– it was something you put on," that is how small they
were." The Mercury rockets were not very safe, only having 40 percent of the launched rockets get
into orbit but they later improved. These rockets improved enough to send a chimpanzee named
Ham into orbit. More improvements came along and Project Mercury later had Alan B. Shepard
make, "a short suborbital flight in a Mercury capsule and became the first American astronaut to
enter space," on May 5, 1961. There were problems before the launch that delayed it a couple hours
but during it Shepard peed in his pants! Sending Shepard to space was a great jump for America but
Russia, one month before, sent Yuri Gagarin to space to be the first person to orbit the Earth one
time. Even though America sent the second man to space, it showed that they were catching up to
Russia. A couple weeks after Shepard landed back on Earth, President John F. Kennedy gave a
speech saying:
"Now it is time to take longer strides– time for a great new American enterprise– time for this nation
to take a clearly leading role in space achievement which in many ways may hold the key to our

Conspiracy Theories: Moon Landing Essay
Conspiracy theories have been around since the beginning of time. When NASA sent the first landed
on the moon, there are people who believed that NASA faked the moon landings. Men, such as Bill
Kaysing, the Flat Earth Society, and Davie Groves, and Bart Sibrel, have written books, delivered
lectures, and made videos about why they believed NASA faked the moon landings. Based on their
observations which include no stars in their pictures, NASA's drive to beat the Russians to the
moon, and a way to distract people from the Vietnam war, the group believes that the moon landings
were faked. If you notice in all the pictures that NASA has taken of the first moon landing, there are
no stars in the sky. In July of 1969, many Americans ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
This is just one example of the moon landing being a hoax. They used the same backdrop for
different photos that were supposed to be in different areas of the moon. NASA claims that the only
light source for taking the photographs was the sun. One example of such a photo, is of Armstrong
and Aldrin planting the flag. If the photo was taken by using only the light of the sun for a light
source, then why is Aldrin's shadow longer than Armstrong's shadow? If the sun was the only source
for light then the shadows should not have been so unequal (Overstreet). Why did so many NASA
Moonscape photos have non parallel shadows? Skeptics will tell you because there is two sources of
light on the Moon, which is the Sun and the Earth. That maybe the case, but the shadows would still
fall in the same direction, not two or three different angles and Earth shine would have no effect
during the bright lunar day which was the time at which the Apollo was on the Moon. In October
1957, the Russians launched Sputnik and that started the race to the moon. The Russians were well
ahead of Americans back in the 1960's in terms of the advanced technology they had. They were so
close to taking off but then America decides to spontaneously land on the moon. President John F.
Kennedy thought it was important that the United States win the race to the moon. On September

Was the Moon landing real or a hoax? The moon landing was a major scientific breakthrough and a
great day for America. The problem is, it might've been faked. There are many pieces of evidence
showing that it could have been faked but there is also evidence showing that the moon landing
could have also been real. I believe that the moon landing was not a hoax. The flag was blowing in
the wind but how was it supposed to stop if there is no friction on the moon? The astronauts'
shadows don't match the lunar light source because there was a matte box on the camera . That there
were absolutely no stars in the sky because the pictures were taken during the day.

this date, the human race was able to accomplish this feat. The human race was able to go where no

"That's one small step for a man. One giant leap for mankind." These Iconic words where uttered by
Neil Armstrong in 1969 when he became the first man to walk on the moon. These words were

One such example of this is the article Moon Landing Hoax by Wilkinson Bec, which attempts to
disprove the moon landing through a series of pictures. In the article credibility is partially
established, but ethos and pathos are flawed. It is important to analyze the argument, because if the
moon landing truly was a hoax it would cause mass distrust in the United State government.
The article gains credibility through the use of photographs. The photographs are indisputable
evidence. The pictures were taken by NASA, which is a very respectable institution. By using
credible resources, the author's argument becomes more credible. However, the author does do some
things that diminish their credibility. The website is not widely recognized for its scientific findings.

The Moon Landing Was A Hoax Essay
What if the first moon landing by America was all a hoax? Three American Astronauts named Neil
Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin, and Michael Collins. These men flew on the Apollo 11 and are famous for
being the first men to step on the moon. One of the biggest conspiracy theories is that the whole
1969 Moon landing was all faked and filmed in a studio in Hollywood, California. The Moon
landing in 1969 supposedly did not happen and there is documentation evidence, experts testimony,
and physical evidence to prove that it did not happen. There is physical evidence that can prove on
how the moon landing is a hoax. One of the popular evidences that it is a hoax is that in the videos
and pictures of the men on the moon, in the distance of space there is absolutely no stars in sight.
"The photographs on the moon don't show any stars in the sky," (5 Goofy Moon landing Hoax
Theories, 2017 p.30). That is why a lot of people believed this was faked and filmed in a studio. The
second piece of physical evidence is how when they stuck the American flag in the ground it was
waving like there is wind in space. "There's no wind on the moon, so how come the flag was
blowing in a breeze?" (5 Goofy Moon landing Hoax Theories, 2017 p.30). On the moon there is no
atmosphere like here on earth so there can't be any reasonable explanation as to why the flags

The Moon, Has Anyone Yet For Arrive? Essay
The Moon, Has Anyone Yet to Arrive? On the twentieth of June in the year of 1969, the world
watched as Neil Armstrong, Edwin "Buzz" Aldrin, and Michael Collins completely obliterated the
original ideas of what the human race thought was possible and impossible during their expedition
to the moon. Apollo 11 could have undoubtedly been the most monumental and extraordinary
operation to have happened in history. However, with the abundant amount of unanswered questions
and failure to provide further evidence over the years, many have felt compelled to dismember the
expedition, and in that time individuals have become more inclined to doubt it ever happened. How
could the government be so deceitful, and why would it be necessary to lie to the whole world about
such a game changer? According to psychologist Robert H. Knapp, the formation of rumors
surrounding events such as this isn't bizarre; in fact it is quite prevalent for society to become
engulfed in such pronounced gossip. As scholarly figures and other skeptics continued to examine
the conduct of the expedition and equipment that would've been utilized, they found inconsistencies
that lead to no other conclusion than determining the endeavor was fabricated. The assembled
expedition was thoughtfully composed; although, due to the questionable shadows and hot spots,
somewhat concerning position of the American flag, and absence of blast craters, it can leave one
wondering if the rumor isn't that we didn't reach the moon,

since the Soviets tried to advance on the moon, the United States wanted to be the first successful

The Van Allen Radiation belt would have been too strong for the astronauts to pass at the time the
first moon landing occurred. The Van Allen Radiation belt is a doughnut region in space in which
the Earth's magnetic field traps a high amount of protons and electrons carrying a high amount of
energy. Conspirators believe that it would have been impossible for the Apollo astronauts to pass
through the Van Allen Radiation belts because the radiation would be too strong for astronauts to
pass through the time the first moon landing occurred (Millis). NASA claims, "the Apollo astronauts
passed through the Van Allen belts too quickly to be exposed to dangerous levels of radiation"
(Griggs). Also, NASA proves, "the radiation would be about 2,500 rem per year with almost no
shielding. Considering how quickly the astronauts passed through the belts, they only would have
been exposed to about 0.05 rem during the trip there and back" (Millis). Although the radiation
levels were safe to pass through, it is proven that the U.S. did not have the right technology and
proper shielding at the time to keep the astronaut's safe while passing the belt allowing American's
to believe the moon landing was a hoax (Griggs). Another observation conspiracy theorists viewed

is that the stars are so dim that the camera cannot gather enough of their light in a short exposure.
Our eyes are a lot more sensitive to light than photographic film" (Reason for no stars). Another
reason from Brent Sibly, author from def–logic.com/cached–source, "The moon is a very bright
whitish object, which reflects the light from the sun as brightly as snow. Since the astronauts were
constantly surrounded by the bright reflecting surface of the moon, they were always brightly lit"
(We went to the moon). The mythbusters proved that the astronauts and camera did not pick the
stars by making similar dust to the moon and shined light on the dust and it reflected brightly and
the brighter the moon is the harder it is to see the moon. And like what Erin Ruberry said the
photographic lense could not pick up the stars from them being

Analysis Of A Man Walk On The Moon
When man first walked on the moon it was a very significant accomplishment for mankind,
especially the U.S.A., many people wrote articles or simply talked about and shared their opinions
on this incredible accomplishment. In the text that appeared in Times magazine titled, "Man Takes
First Steps on the Moon", one can see how much of an accomplishment it was for the U.S and many
other people to have been able to walk on the moon. In the text ethos and logos are used a number of
times to be able to make a more possibly effective text on people reading the article and be able to
show how much of an immense deal this was for mankind. The following sentence is the first
sentence in the paragraph which says a lot about what the text is going to go towards, "Neil
Armstrong became the first man to take a walk on the moon's surface early today.", seeing that the
first sentence is about how a man walked on the moon it shows most likely the rest of the text will
be based around or on this man's actions. The next sentence shows how many people, including the
president and pope expressed how it was a major accomplishment for mankind for a man to walk on
the moon and to make it back to Earth safely, " At Castelgandolfo the Pope greeted news of the lunar
landing by exclaiming: "Glory to God in the highest and peace on earth to men of goodwill!", it
makes sure to state it is the pope talking about the moon landing.

To What Extent Was The First Moon Landing A Hoax
Since the time of the first moon landing, America has launched more expeditions to the moon.
However, today many people are questioning whether the moon was a hoax or if it was real. Some
of the people that believe the moon landing was a hoax are actually scientists. Their scientific
theories about why the moon landing was a fake include, the technology, radiation, and the
atmosphere of the moon. As a result, the issue is a very controversial one and has attracted a lot of
dispute of why the moon landing was a hoax. First, the moon expedition would not have even been
able to commence, because America at the time did not possess the technology to travel to the
moon. Stanislav Pokrovsky a Russian and General Director of a scientific– manufacturing

Americans DID Land on the Moon
In the later days of May in 1961, President John F. Kennedy announced before a special joint
session of Congress, his ambitious goal of sending a human to the moon before the end of the
decade. However, this enormous goal, that would appear to be a catalyst for domestic pride, has as
many ties to the Cold War, as it does to the moon itself. Regardless of this, when Apollo 11 landed
on the moon in July of 1969, the entire country rejoiced. While some doubted the motives of
Kennedy's goal, a bigger conspiracy may have lay just beneath the surface; a conspiracy that could
have shaken the entire country and enraged the world. Many well known scientists and government
officials claim that the United States of America never actually landed a man on the moon, and that
the government faked the entire event for both political and financial gain. Although much
compelling evidence and contradictions have been brought to light by the conspiracists, NASA has
successfully responded to all of these in a robust and educated manor, that fully enforces the fact
that the United States of America did in fact land a man on the moon. The United States has never
been a country that shies away from a political advantage, and that is exactly one of the many
alleged motives for them to fake a moon landing. In the height of the Cold War tensions could not
have been higher between the two inter nation superpowers: the USA, and the USSR. As seen in the
so called "Miracle on Ice" and the World Chess

The Moon Landing Was Not a Hoax Essay
The Moon Landing Was Not a Hoax
Some Americans now ask, "Was the moon landing a hoax?" Is this actually possible; would the U.S.
government lie to our nation, let alone the whole world? The answer, no, should jump out. Hoax
believers (HBs) thought they researched this thoroughly and gained enough evidence to prove that
the moon landing was a hoax, but they don't know jack! Their whole case can be compared to a
brick house with one difference. It seems like the bricks have all the corners, sides, and shape of a
house. The evidence seems to be very strong, but the bricks are only one dimensional. All the
"supposed" evidence crumbles after a little research. In this report I will show HBs falsified case
along with the truth. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
This case does not hold truth on the moon. Since there is no air on the moon, only the dust that is
physically touched is blown (Bad). This means that footprints not directly affected by the rockets
can still be. What else can possibly be brought up dealing with the absence of atmosphere on the
moon? The flag ripples in the photographs taken by the astronauts; therefore, the force of wind
causes this. This assumption is entirely false. In most of the photos, the astronauts are placing the
pole of the flag into the moon which of course is causing movement of the flag. Now, the biggest
kicker is the photograph showing the astronaut standing on the side of the flag. The design of the
flag can explain this. "To compensate for the lack of an atmosphere on the lunar surface, the flag
assembly included a horizontal crossbar to give the illusion of a flag flying in the breeze" (NASA).
Now it is time for some more nonsense. How did the astronauts survive the trip to the moon if they
needed to pass through Van Alen's Ring? For everyone that does not know, Van Alen's Ring is a ring
of radiation that completely surrounds Earth 500 miles above it's surface. Yes, they would have been
affected if the metal surrounding the spaceship did not protect them , but that's the thing the metal
blocked must of the radiation from entering. Also, they passed through the ring in about a hour so
there was not much time for the

Was The Moon Landing A Hoax?
A Hoax for the Folks
Was the moon landing a hoax? Why was America able to go in the 1900s but not today? There are
many reasons why the moon landing was faked. Some reasons and examples the moon landing was
a hoax are the Van Allen Radiation Belt or the 'C' rock. These reasons are proven by a number of
sites and people. Most of the facts go against NASA and the "real moon landing". The moving flag,
multiple light sources, props, and duplicate backgrounds have all been analyzed and compared to a
series of other tests. The U.S.A flag should not have been moving, because there was no wind or
oxygen. Multiple shadows have been spotted suggesting and proving there were stage lights. Even
duplicate backgrounds are spotted between multiple ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The astronaut's shadows are facing multiple directions , which implicates there were studio lights set
up. The astronauts' shadows were also facing multiple directions, which also suggests multiple light
sources other than just the sun. The effect of wires and slow motion editing fake zero gravity. Even
props in photographs like a rock with a 'C' on it. Duplicate backgrounds are also shown in multiple
pictures of different Apollo missions.(Josh Fox) Stanley Kubrick, the supposed director of the hoax,
came out to a newspaper and conceded to directing the moon landing. Kubrick was interviewed four
days before his death by T. Patrick Murray. Kubrick explains that the government wanted to fulfill
"Kennedy's prophecy". Kubrick even verified that he had assisted in the making of Apollo 11 and
Apollo 12. NASA attempts to push the conspiracy out of the way by saying there was an actor being
Stanley in the interview.(Jon Austin) In conclusion the moon landing was fake. It was fake because
of all the facts against the moon landing. Kubrick confessed, the space radioactive microwave the
Van Allen Belt, and even props. Imagine inventing machine guns in the Civil War. Just ask how
NASA was able to go to the moon before nanotechnology. That is why the moon landing is a hoax

The Lunar Landing Hoax Theory
The Lunar Landing Hoax Theory – Evidence Pro and Con
A cash reward of $100,000 was offered to anyone who could prove, with conclusive physical
evidence, the existence of the moon. This reward still remains unclaimed ("The Moon–The Real
Truth"). After all, how does one know for sure the moon even exists? Even if it does exist, how does
one prove it? That's what NASA set out to do in the late 1960's.
On July 20, 1969 Neil Armstrong planted the first human footprints in the lunar soil. The United
States had accomplished their goal in sending men to the moon. They managed to not only send
them 238,857 mi. (384,403 km) into space to our neighbor celestial body, but also send them back
with a successful flight to our mother earth. This ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Then, they performed miscellaneous tests and gathered rock samples. After their experimenting was
done, they managed to have a successful journey back to earth. With them they brought evidence
that proves they actually went. Some of the evidence, though, suggests that the whole mission was a
hoax, and that the videos taken where taken in Area 51. However, all the evidence that seems to be
fake can easily be explained to prove that the US did land men on the moon.
In every picture taken of the moon, there are no stars in the night sky. Without air, the sky is black.
Even during the day the airless sky would be black (Plait). So, where are the stars? This evidence
suggests that if this was a hoax, the filmmakers simply forgot to add stars to the photographs.
In order to capture a bright object on film, the film speed has to be fast, so the negative won't be
overexposed. The surface of the moon is extremely bright, and when compared to the surface, the
stars are faint objects (Plait). So, when the astronauts used the high speed film, the stars didn't have
enough exposure time to show up. The stars are in the photographs, they just aren't visible because
they are so faint. This is just a matter of exposure time on the film. If one was to stand on the surface

It was all staged? Apollo hoax
Introduction:
In this essay I will be discussing about the 1969 moon landing, that is believe to be staged by
NASA. The U.S government has managed to fake the landing and fool the world to win the space
race? I will use the search formula to explain two hypotheses with reason and evidence. The first is
that NASA did not land on the moon, second is that NASA did land on the moon. At the end of this
essay I will explain why NASA landing on the moon is more reasonable.
First hypothesis and evidence:
The USA government used the moon landing to take attention away from the Vietnam War that they
were losing and staged the Apollo 11 1969. They were also losing the space race with the USSR and
were scared when they ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
According to the search criteria the hypothesis should be falsifiable, fruitful, covers most of the
observed phenomenon, simplistic and conservative.
Using the search criteria for first hypothesis. This hypothesis is falsifiable and fruitful in its
predictions but only covers the possibility of not landing on the moon. The claims for this
hypothesis is very complex in which moon hoax investigator Kaysing claims that the rocket launch
was real but orbited the earth for 8 days instead of going to the moon (Documentary). Another
complex claim is that thousands of workers at the fake lunar set were able to keep this a secret from
the society. This questions the adequacy of the hypothesis thus this hypothesis is weakly
conservative.
Using the search criteria on the second hypothesis that I believe is more reasonable. This hypothesis
is falsifiable and fits the fruitfulness criteria as for example the astronauts that went to moon did not
receive any dangerous radiation effects because they were passing through the Van Allen Belts fast
(Braeunig ). It also covers most of the observed phenomenon during their space travel on their
mission. The simplicity makes the hypothesis more adequate. Even with a lot of evidence and
claims, these claims can be support by logical explanation and scientific reasoning instead of just
theory without evidence. Thus this hypothesis is more reliable and conservative as the reasoning is
more consistent with out scientific

The Moon Landing Was A Hoax
The Apollo landings were faked by NASA and no astronauts have ever walked on the moon. The
landings were faked in a bid to win the Space Race against the Soviet Union, or to ensure NASA´S
continued funding. The moon landing was a $30 Billion hoax filmed on a movie set in area 51. The
United States needed to show its dominance to the rest of the world during the cold war by pulling
off what really was a technologically impossible stunt.
One of the arguments from skeptics to substantiate the moon landing hoax theory deals with the
American flag. The fact that the flag flutters in the wind when there is no wind on the moon could
lend some degree of credibility to the belief that this was a hoax.(Brian Courtis) ... Show more

Not one. Sure, the photos taken in the 60's weren't amazing quality, but these days you can capture
the stars in a photo taken from your phone, so shouldn't the high tech NASA cameras have been able
to pick up anything in the sky on the moon. One compelling argument for the moon landing hoax is
the total lack of stars in any of the photographic/video evidence. There are no clouds on the moon,
so stars are perpetually visible and significantly brighter than what we see through the filter of
Earth's atmosphere.
The argument here is that NASA would have found it impossible to map out the exact locations of
all stars for the hoax without being rumbled, and therefore left them out – intentionally falling back
on an excuse that the quality of the photographs washes them out (an excuse they did actually give).
Some photographs are high–quality, however, and yet still no stars are shown. Certainly eerie,
considering you can take pictures of stars from Earth in much lower quality and still see them.

Moon Landing Conspiracy
There is a lot of speculation and controversy over whether we actually landed on the moon or not.
There should not be any question that we did land on the moon back in 1969. It just goes to show
that anything can be made into a conspiracy theory if you can convince enough people to believe it.
There is also an abundant amount of evidence to prove that we did actually make it to the moon. The
moon landing was not fake and definitely not staged in any way. If you watch any modern television
shows or listen to modern media, you realize how many huge occurrences for the world could be
thought of as fake or a hoax. Huge networks like 'Discovery,' 'National Geographic,' and 'Fox News'

One of the first points that many people use against the moon landing is that there is a lack of stars
to be seen in pictures taken. This is simply because with the settings they had to use to take the
pictures, it only picked up very bright objects and the stars were very faint objects, so they were
ultimately unable to be seen. Another argument found is that the shadows of the astronauts were not
parallel as they should have been, so they obviously had multiple light sources which would have
been impossible. The real reason for these shadows not being parallel is really just from the angle
that the picture was taken in accordance with the position of the sun at that time. Lastly, a lot of
people claim that the flag was waving in the picture taken of it, which is impossible with nothing
there to make it wave itself. The real reason the flag looks like it is waving is because there was a
horizontal rod on the back of the flag which was not extended to its entirety, so it had a spot where it
was not extended, almost like a curtain only half pulled back. There is an explanation to almost
every single claim made by those who say the landing is

The Myth Of The Apollo 11 Land On The Moon And Hearing...
It has been forty–seven years since families across America were in awe watching the Apollo 11
land on the moon and hearing Neil Armstrong famously say "That 's one small step for a man, one
giant leap for mankind". It has also been forty–seven years of people doubting the legitimacy of this
footage. The theorists versus the realists is a never ending debate over whether this was a staged
government hoax or if America actually made it to space. With hundreds of theories circulating
involving Stanley Kubrick, Area 51, and the validity of a wrinkle in a flag. Was America really that
eager to beat the Soviets and win the Space Race or did we just hit the jackpot in scientific
discovery?
During John F. Kennedy's time as president he vowed to get to the moon before the end of the
decade. Even though he did not live to see it, those next ten years there was a sprint between
American and the Soviet Union to see who could get to the moon first. The space race "showed the
world which country had the best science, technology, and economic system" (Ducksters). America
failed many times but we finally made it in 1969. Or did we? Post World War II America was very
sensitive about their reputation and had lots of confidence being one of the top countries in the
world. Americans could not handle the pressure of losing. So Americans did what they do best. Fake

In 2009 the American patriot friend's network claimed that the landings helped the U.S. government
use the landings to distract the public from the Vietnam War. The landings ended around the same
time as the U.S. ended its involvement with the war. It is proven that the moon landings was in no
relation to the end of U.S. involvement in Vietnam. Many conspiracies claim that the landings did
not happen and that NASA employees have lied or say that the landings did happen but not in the
way that has been told. The public's whole idea was that the whole moon landing program was a
hoax from the beginning. Some claim that the technology that sends men to the moon was lacking or
that the solar flares or wind made the trip impossible. Conspiracists claim the landing are a hoax

Pros And Cons Of The Moon Landing
Asid from Aliens and Ufos being kept at Area 51, another popular conspiracy theory is the 1969
moon landing was staged at Area 51. A scenario by a conspiracy writer states that NASA knew that
at the time it would be impossible to send astronauts to the moon because of the risk of lethal
radiation. The moon landing had to be faked to avoid embarrassment and ensure future funding for
NASA. On the day of the rocket launch, they staged an actual rocket launch but no one was inside.
The Apollo crew was transferred to Area 51 where there was a movie stage set up to record the fake
landing. Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin then acted out the lunar landing and NASA transmitted out
to the millions of viewers. Technology was available at the time to create a movie set that looked
like the moon and film quality believable footage. One woman claimed to see a Coca Cola bottle roll
across the bottom of her screen while watching the live broadcast of the moon landing proving that
it was filmed at Area 51. Other than pure embarrassment being avoided the landing had to be staged
in order to meet Kennedy's 1961 goal of landing a man on the moon before 1970.Coincidentally
they walked on the moon in 1969 one year before the deadline Kennedy had set. The moon landing
would also be a great distraction from the unpopular vietnam war and keep the American public`s

know about this." Now, do you need anymore evidence on how the moon landing was hoax, maybe
from a source you can trust? Well you can find that source at science.howstuffworks.com. In the
article, "Why do some people believe the moon landings were a hoax?" you can find the evidence.
This article resembles that of what was stated in the last paragraph. Some topics reasons are the
same as well. A new one is the difference in shadow lengths. "Some people point out that some of

The Theory Of The Conspiracy Theory Moon Landing

  • 1. The Theory Of The Conspiracy Theory The door to the bulky module unlatched to a whirr, and from behind it emerged a figure cladded in white. "One giant leap for mankind," the man uttered, as he descended the short flight of stairs down to ground level, disengaging his fishbowl helmet to the pleased "Cut!" of the director and the thrilled clapping of everyone else in the studio. This was Apollo 11 for the moon landing conspiracy theorists, who will swear by their beliefs despite the standard opinion of the television and the textbook. Minute details differ, but the foremost claim of the conspiracy theory goes something like this: in 1969, the United States was unable to perform a manned lunar landing, and therefore staged the Apollo missions in an attempt to defeat the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... As the New York Herald in Paris remarked, "It is difficult to fly. It is easy to say, 'We have flown,'" two things fueled skepticism in the face of scientific achievement: a disbelief in technological capabilities, and a lack of demonstrable results. The Apollo missions extinguished both concerns. In terms of technology, hoax believers frequently mention the Soviets' constant lead in the Space Race. They achieved many firsts, but were never able to send men to the moon; it seems logical, then, that this feat must have been beyond the Americans as well. But in reality, the United States was never far behind. In fact, by 1965, it overtook its rival, reaching many milestones that were key to manned lunar missions (e.g. space rendezvous). NASA, thus, was in a good position to travel to the moon– and to the moon it traveled. As noted in Lunar Rocks and Soils from Apollo Missions, it even brought back some souvenirs, in the form of 842 pounds of moon rocks. These samples possess unique properties unseen in any Earth counterparts, and to forge these rocks in such large volumes would have been impossible. Rocks aside, there are other reasons to believe in the moon landings as well: reflectors left on the lunar surface, or landing site imagery, to name a few. Surely, the validity of the landings lacks no evidence in support. Then again, the vast majority of us have never been in space, on the moon, ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 3. Reasons the Moon Landings Could Be a Hoax "Every sight in space is spectacular." This was said by Neil Armstrong, the first man to supposedly land on the moon. The question is, did he really land on the moon, or was it a broadcasted fraud? Thousands of Americans argue that it was a setup such as the attacks on September 11, and every day, somebody changes their opinion on what really happened. For many years, people have been trying to figure out this occasion, and ever since Neil Armstrong, Michael Collins, and Buzz Aldrin Ventured down from the moon, conspiracies have been appearing. The three men traveled on a ship called the "Eagle". Facts show that Buzz Aldrin and Neil Armstrong were the only two to land, while Michael Collins orbited the moon. Neil Armstrong was the first ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... For example, "Conspiracy theorists have pointed out that when the first moon landing was shown on live television, viewers could clearly see the American flag waving and fluttering as Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin planted it" said Josh Fox. Many NASA employees and citizens have been able to prove that the flag was only moving because of the inertia given by Neil Armstrong as he was planting it. There is no wind up in the atmosphere of the moon which is the reason why the footprints of Buzz and Neil will be preserved for hundreds of years. Another conspiracy that many people have created is why the sky black with no stars in the background. This has been proven by NASA by saying, "The moon's surface reflects sunlight, and that glare would have made stars difficult to see. Also, the astronauts photographed their lunar adventures using fast exposure settings, which would have limited incoming background light." This is proof that two Americans really did land on the moon and for more proof, many anecdotes of these men that felt the rush themselves. The book, "Houston, we've had a problem" by Jim Lovell describes the journey back home from the moon, and how Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin, and Michael Collins stared into the eyes of death himself. Jim Lovell is not just some American citizen; he was a commander on Apollo 13 and worked at the NASA base during Apollo 11. Apollo 11 was the journey taken by Neil, Buzz, and Michael where they ... • 5. Moon Landing Is Not A Hoax Essay "That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind" was the famous quote made by Neil Armstrong when landing on the moon. This was most impressive feat of innovation in the history of mankind but some conspiracy theorist think it was all just a to political stunt. This people who think it is a hoax have no idea what they are talking about because they are either crazy or do not trust the government. The evidence that support the moon landing are abundant, these include achieving it numerous amounts of times, the soviet union did not dispute it, and finally the numerous amounts of rock samples brought back. To begin with, the moon landing is not a hoax because they achieved this impressive feat nine times and why would NASA fake it so many times and over exaggerate the lie it if it was a hoax. If it were a hoax someone within the organisation would get it wrong over the course of those nine trips, and the fact that they did not slip once means it is true. One of the astronauts on the Apollo 16 mission states that, "we have been to the moon nine times, why would we fake it nine times, if we faked it?'. If NASA faked it those nine times then it must have been a waste of billions of tax payer's money on a hoax. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... If the Americans had made any mistakes on their information about landing on the moon, then why did the Soviet Union not discredit this impressive feat in human history? The political damage that the Soviet Union could have brought on the American people would have been enormous, because of the tension of the Cuban Missile Crisis in 1962. Some people of course though that the Soviet Union were in on the hoax but think of the tension that existed between the two countries at the time and how much the Soviet Union would have liked to have embarrassed the ... • 7. Aldrin, Jr. as he and Neil Armstrong landed on the moon in the Eagle, the landing ship used for the USA's first manned flight to the moon. The point to be proven: Buzz Aldrin planting the USA flag in the ground and it's waving gently in the breeze. Except, there is no air in the moon's atmosphere therefore it is not possible for there to be a breeze on the moon. NASA states, "Unfurling a piece of rolled–up cloth with stored angular momentum will naturally result in waves and ripples –– no breeze required!" NASA made ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The shadows go in different directions! Isn't there only one sun? The sun should be the only thing giving off light. Shadows should be parallel. When on the moon, there is a complete absence of clouds in the sky, and no artificial light to block the stars. In NASA's photos, there are no stars. The absence of stars rose the suspicion of many. "Aldrin moves toward a position to deploy two components of the Early Apollo Scientific Experiments Package on the surface of the moon during the Apollo 11 extravehicular activity. The Passive Seismic Experiments Package is in his left hand; and in his right hand is the Laser Ranging Retro–Reflector" "We've found particles of fresh glass in Moon rocks that were produced by explosive volcanic activity and by meteorite impacts over 3 billion years ago. The presence of water on Earth rapidly breaks down such volcanic glass in only a few million years." Rock samples, impossible to be from earth. • 9. Moon Landing Hoax Essay Description of Moon Landing Hoax On July 20th 1969 the American space program has landed the first human on the Moon. Until today conspiracies about the moon landings has been debated endlessly over that fact that the American space program in reality, landed Apollo 11 on the moon or was fabricated with the assistance of stage props. Due to the lack of evidence as to the moon landings being real, 45–50% of the Americans also believed that the space programs were a waste of time. The following conspiracies made over the years are the waving flag, multiple light sources, lack of visible stars, and the "C" rock, lack of crater impact, the Van Allan radiation belt, duplicate backdrop and crossed layered hairs. It's believed to be said that in ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... When pictures were taken, there were no stars visible even when using the highest qualities of cameras. It's not true because when the sunlight is reflected on the moon the surface of the moon becomes bright enough that the cameras aren't good enough to pick up pictures of the stars. It's also possible that the cameras being used must have had fast shutter speed making the background image dark or black. Imagine living the city it's impossible to see any stars at night, but by moving away to the country side you would be able to capture a couple of stars. By moving away from the main light source, try traveling to the dark side of the moon, then it's only possible to capture pictures of the ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 11. The Discovery Of The Apollo 11 Moon Landing 9/11/15 Jared Barney Earth Landing Stanford Earth Landing 20% of the world are convinced that the Apollo 11 moon–landing in July 20, 1969 was faked. For the past several decades, a small group of NASA–watching sleuths has repeatedly tried to pawn off the incredulous idea that the Apollo Moon program really was an elaborate, $30 billion hoax filmed in a movie studio. This group believes the United States needed to cement its world leadership during the Cold War by pretending to pull off what really was a technologically impossible stunt (Villard, 2004). If actor Orson Welles was able to convince over one million Americans that martians were invading Earth, there's no doubt the more–powerful government could persuade U.S. citizens and keep the entire moon landing hoax a secret. Conspiracy theorists pointed out when the first moon landing was shown on live television, viewers could clearly see the American flag waving and fluttering as Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin planted it. Photos of the landing also seem to show rippling in a breeze, such as the image above which clearly shows a fold in the flag. The obvious problem here is that there's no air in the moon's atmosphere, and therefore no wind to cause the flag to blow (Fox, 2012). The claim goes as follows: had NASA really landed us on the moon, there would be a blast crater underneath the lunar module to mark its landing. On any video footage or photograph of the landings, no crater is visible, almost as ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 13. Landing On The Moon: A Hoax? On July 21, 1969 the United States government were the first humans to step foot on the moon, although people claim that this was a hoax. The reasoning for the hoax would be that the United States needed to assert their victory in the space race over Russia landing the Soviet Union. According to recent polls, approximately twenty percent of Americans believe that the U.S. never landed on the moon. This shows that a fraction of the American population genuinely believe that no man from the United States government made up the whole ordeal. Although recent studies prove that the landing was authentic, the factual evidence provided later in this paper will further explain. There are many claims provided to explain why this event is so speculated, but they can all be debunked. The "waving flag", the lack of an impact crater, multiple light sources, and the lack of stars can all be explained by simple science. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The hoaxers claim is false, for the use of basic science and the law of inertia explains effect. The law of inertia states that an object in motion stays in motion unless acted upon an unbalanced force. To help understand why the flag was rippling, Michael Rundle states that," No, there isn't any wind on the Moon, but there is momentum and inertia." (Rundle). The quote provided shows that there was momentum and inertia in motion whilst the flag was being placed. While this was happening, a ripple caused by such law continued to move down. Many online personas claim to have proof showing that the moon landing was a hoax. Read below to learn more on the conspiracy theories the missions encountered. One of the most famous examples encountered by is the crosshairs in the picture. These crosshairs were etched on a thin piece of glass placed in front of the film in the camera as reference points for each picture. They show up as thin shadows on the film. • 17. One Giant Lie for Mankind: Was the Moon Landing a Hoax? "That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind," is one of the most recognized quotes by Neil Armstrong as he was taking the first human steps on the moon. But was he actually on the moon? Some would say that on July 20, 1969, man did not make it to the moon and Neil Armstrong and Edwin Aldrin never touched the lunar surface of the moon. The explanation is that the government faked the landing and moon walk somehow. Why fake the moon landing though? This was a momentous time in American history and it could be a lie. If it is a lie there are many questions that could be asked such as why lie about it, what proof is there that says there was not a moon landing, and how would the travel in space and landing have been faked? ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... NASA created Project Mercury which was a small space capsule and rocket. Only astronauts less than 5' 11" could ride in these capsules and it was still a tight fit. Astronauts said that the "Mercury capsule was not something you climbed into– it was something you put on," that is how small they were." The Mercury rockets were not very safe, only having 40 percent of the launched rockets get into orbit but they later improved. These rockets improved enough to send a chimpanzee named Ham into orbit. More improvements came along and Project Mercury later had Alan B. Shepard make, "a short suborbital flight in a Mercury capsule and became the first American astronaut to enter space," on May 5, 1961. There were problems before the launch that delayed it a couple hours but during it Shepard peed in his pants! Sending Shepard to space was a great jump for America but Russia, one month before, sent Yuri Gagarin to space to be the first person to orbit the Earth one time. Even though America sent the second man to space, it showed that they were catching up to Russia. A couple weeks after Shepard landed back on Earth, President John F. Kennedy gave a speech saying: "Now it is time to take longer strides– time for a great new American enterprise– time for this nation to take a clearly leading role in space achievement which in many ways may hold the key to our future on earth... When NASA sent the first landed on the moon, there are people who believed that NASA faked the moon landings. Men, such as Bill Kaysing, the Flat Earth Society, and Davie Groves, and Bart Sibrel, have written books, delivered lectures, and made videos about why they believed NASA faked the moon landings. Based on their observations which include no stars in their pictures, NASA's drive to beat the Russians to the moon, and a way to distract people from the Vietnam war, the group believes that the moon landings were faked. If you notice in all the pictures that NASA has taken of the first moon landing, there are no stars in the sky. In July of 1969, many Americans ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... This is just one example of the moon landing being a hoax. They used the same backdrop for different photos that were supposed to be in different areas of the moon. NASA claims that the only light source for taking the photographs was the sun. One example of such a photo, is of Armstrong and Aldrin planting the flag. If the photo was taken by using only the light of the sun for a light source, then why is Aldrin's shadow longer than Armstrong's shadow? If the sun was the only source for light then the shadows should not have been so unequal (Overstreet). Why did so many NASA Moonscape photos have non parallel shadows? Skeptics will tell you because there is two sources of light on the Moon, which is the Sun and the Earth. That maybe the case, but the shadows would still fall in the same direction, not two or three different angles and Earth shine would have no effect during the bright lunar day which was the time at which the Apollo was on the Moon. In October 1957, the Russians launched Sputnik and that started the race to the moon. The Russians were well ahead of Americans back in the 1960's in terms of the advanced technology they had. They were so close to taking off but then America decides to spontaneously land on the moon. President John F. Kennedy thought it was important that the United States win the race to the moon. These Iconic words where uttered by Neil Armstrong in 1969 when he became the first man to walk on the moon. These words were televised to millions of viewers, yet there are people that doubt whether or not the moon landing happened at all. For years conspiracy theorists have disputed the legitimacy of the moon landing. One such example of this is the article Moon Landing Hoax by Wilkinson Bec, which attempts to disprove the moon landing through a series of pictures. In the article credibility is partially established, but ethos and pathos are flawed. It is important to analyze the argument, because if the moon landing truly was a hoax it would cause mass distrust in the United State government. The article gains credibility through the use of photographs. The photographs are indisputable evidence. The pictures were taken by NASA, which is a very respectable institution. • 33. The Moon Landing Was A Hoax Essay What if the first moon landing by America was all a hoax? Three American Astronauts named Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin, and Michael Collins. These men flew on the Apollo 11 and are famous for being the first men to step on the moon. One of the biggest conspiracy theories is that the whole 1969 Moon landing was all faked and filmed in a studio in Hollywood, California. The Moon landing in 1969 supposedly did not happen and there is documentation evidence, experts testimony, and physical evidence to prove that it did not happen. There is physical evidence that can prove on how the moon landing is a hoax. One of the popular evidences that it is a hoax is that in the videos and pictures of the men on the moon, in the distance of space there is absolutely no stars in sight. "The photographs on the moon don't show any stars in the sky," (5 Goofy Moon landing Hoax Theories, 2017 p.30). That is why a lot of people believed this was faked and filmed in a studio. The second piece of physical evidence is how when they stuck the American flag in the ground it was waving like there is wind in space. "There's no wind on the moon, so how come the flag was blowing in a breeze?" (5 Goofy Moon landing Hoax Theories, 2017 p.30). On the moon there is no atmosphere like here on earth so there can't be any reasonable explanation as to why the flags moving but NASA has tried. • 35. The Moon, Has Anyone Yet For Arrive? Essay The Moon, Has Anyone Yet to Arrive? On the twentieth of June in the year of 1969, the world watched as Neil Armstrong, Edwin "Buzz" Aldrin, and Michael Collins completely obliterated the original ideas of what the human race thought was possible and impossible during their expedition to the moon. Apollo 11 could have undoubtedly been the most monumental and extraordinary operation to have happened in history. However, with the abundant amount of unanswered questions and failure to provide further evidence over the years, many have felt compelled to dismember the expedition, and in that time individuals have become more inclined to doubt it ever happened. How could the government be so deceitful, and why would it be necessary to lie to the whole world about such a game changer? According to psychologist Robert H. Knapp, the formation of rumors surrounding events such as this isn't bizarre; in fact it is quite prevalent for society to become engulfed in such pronounced gossip. As scholarly figures and other skeptics continued to examine the conduct of the expedition and equipment that would've been utilized, they found inconsistencies that lead to no other conclusion than determining the endeavor was fabricated. The assembled expedition was thoughtfully composed; although, due to the questionable shadows and hot spots, somewhat concerning position of the American flag, and absence of blast craters, it can leave one wondering if the rumor isn't that we didn't reach the moon, ... Kennedy once said, "No nation which expects to be the leader of other nations can expect to stay behind in this race for space...We choose to go to the Moon in this decade and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard". The main motive for this quote was to ensure that the United States wanted to beat out the Soviets in the space race. Ever since the Soviets tried to advance on the moon, the United States wanted to be the first successful nation to accomplish the first ever moon landing. The Van Allen Radiation belt is a doughnut region in space in which the Earth's magnetic field traps a high amount of protons and electrons carrying a high amount of energy. Conspirators believe that it would have been impossible for the Apollo astronauts to pass through the Van Allen Radiation belts because the radiation would be too strong for astronauts to pass through the time the first moon landing occurred (Millis). NASA claims, "the Apollo astronauts passed through the Van Allen belts too quickly to be exposed to dangerous levels of radiation" (Griggs). Also, NASA proves, "the radiation would be about 2,500 rem per year with almost no shielding. Considering how quickly the astronauts passed through the belts, they only would have been exposed to about 0.05 rem during the trip there and back" (Millis). Although the radiation levels were safe to pass through, it is proven that the U.S. did not have the right technology and proper shielding at the time to keep the astronaut's safe while passing the belt allowing American's to believe the moon landing was a hoax (Griggs). According to Josh Fox, one of several authors from Listverse, "The moon landing hoax is the total lack of stars in any of the photographic/video evidence. There are no clouds on the moon, so stars are perpetually visible and significantly brighter than what we see through the filter of Earth's atmosphere" (Moon landings could be a hoax). According to Erin Ruberry, Washington, D.C.–based writer and editor specializing in digital media, "The reason that the stars do not show up on the film is that the stars are so dim that the camera cannot gather enough of their light in a short exposure. Our eyes are a lot more sensitive to light than photographic film" (Reason for no stars). Another reason from Brent Sibly, author from def–logic.com/cached–source, "The moon is a very bright whitish object, which reflects the light from the sun as brightly as snow. Since the astronauts were constantly surrounded by the bright reflecting surface of the moon, they were always brightly lit" (We went to the moon). Analysis Of A Man Walk On The Moon When man first walked on the moon it was a very significant accomplishment for mankind, especially the U.S.A., many people wrote articles or simply talked about and shared their opinions on this incredible accomplishment. In the text that appeared in Times magazine titled, "Man Takes First Steps on the Moon", one can see how much of an accomplishment it was for the U.S and many other people to have been able to walk on the moon. In the text ethos and logos are used a number of times to be able to make a more possibly effective text on people reading the article and be able to show how much of an immense deal this was for mankind. The following sentence is the first sentence in the paragraph which says a lot about what the text is going to go towards, "Neil Armstrong became the first man to take a walk on the moon's surface early today.", seeing that the first sentence is about how a man walked on the moon it shows most likely the rest of the text will be based around or on this man's actions. The next sentence shows how many people, including the president and pope expressed how it was a major accomplishment for mankind for a man to walk on the moon and to make it back to Earth safely, " At Castelgandolfo the Pope greeted news of the lunar landing by exclaiming: "Glory to God in the highest and peace on earth to men of goodwill!", it makes sure to state it is the pope talking about the moon landing. • 47. Americans DID Land on the Moon In the later days of May in 1961, President John F. Kennedy announced before a special joint session of Congress, his ambitious goal of sending a human to the moon before the end of the decade. However, this enormous goal, that would appear to be a catalyst for domestic pride, has as many ties to the Cold War, as it does to the moon itself. Regardless of this, when Apollo 11 landed on the moon in July of 1969, the entire country rejoiced. While some doubted the motives of Kennedy's goal, a bigger conspiracy may have lay just beneath the surface; a conspiracy that could have shaken the entire country and enraged the world. Many well known scientists and government officials claim that the United States of America never actually landed a man on the moon, and that the government faked the entire event for both political and financial gain. Although much compelling evidence and contradictions have been brought to light by the conspiracists, NASA has successfully responded to all of these in a robust and educated manor, that fully enforces the fact that the United States of America did in fact land a man on the moon. The United States has never been a country that shies away from a political advantage, and that is exactly one of the many alleged motives for them to fake a moon landing. Is this actually possible; would the U.S. government lie to our nation, let alone the whole world? The answer, no, should jump out. Hoax believers (HBs) thought they researched this thoroughly and gained enough evidence to prove that the moon landing was a hoax, but they don't know jack! Their whole case can be compared to a brick house with one difference. It seems like the bricks have all the corners, sides, and shape of a house. The evidence seems to be very strong, but the bricks are only one dimensional. All the "supposed" evidence crumbles after a little research. Since there is no air on the moon, only the dust that is physically touched is blown (Bad). This means that footprints not directly affected by the rockets can still be. What else can possibly be brought up dealing with the absence of atmosphere on the moon? The flag ripples in the photographs taken by the astronauts; therefore, the force of wind causes this. This assumption is entirely false. In most of the photos, the astronauts are placing the pole of the flag into the moon which of course is causing movement of the flag. Now, the biggest kicker is the photograph showing the astronaut standing on the side of the flag. The design of the flag can explain this. "To compensate for the lack of an atmosphere on the lunar surface, the flag assembly included a horizontal crossbar to give the illusion of a flag flying in the breeze" (NASA). Now it is time for some more nonsense. How did the astronauts survive the trip to the moon if they needed to pass through Van Alen's Ring? For everyone that does not know, Van Alen's Ring is a ring of radiation that completely surrounds Earth 500 miles above it's surface. The Lunar Landing Hoax Theory The Lunar Landing Hoax Theory – Evidence Pro and Con A cash reward of $100,000 was offered to anyone who could prove, with conclusive physical evidence, the existence of the moon. This reward still remains unclaimed ("The Moon–The Real Truth"). After all, how does one know for sure the moon even exists? Even if it does exist, how does one prove it? That's what NASA set out to do in the late 1960's. On July 20, 1969 Neil Armstrong planted the first human footprints in the lunar soil. The United States had accomplished their goal in sending men to the moon. They managed to not only send them 238,857 mi. Then, they performed miscellaneous tests and gathered rock samples. After their experimenting was done, they managed to have a successful journey back to earth. With them they brought evidence that proves they actually went. Some of the evidence, though, suggests that the whole mission was a hoax, and that the videos taken where taken in Area 51. However, all the evidence that seems to be fake can easily be explained to prove that the US did land men on the moon. In every picture taken of the moon, there are no stars in the night sky. Without air, the sky is black. Even during the day the airless sky would be black (Plait). So, where are the stars? This evidence suggests that if this was a hoax, the filmmakers simply forgot to add stars to the photographs. In order to capture a bright object on film, the film speed has to be fast, so the negative won't be overexposed. The surface of the moon is extremely bright, and when compared to the surface, the stars are faint objects (Plait). So, when the astronauts used the high speed film, the stars didn't have enough exposure time to show up. The stars are in the photographs, they just aren't visible because they are so faint. This is just a matter of exposure time on the film. If one was to stand on the surface of ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

The Influence Of Moon Landing On The Moon it seems that the fact that the american astrounat arrival on the moon holds some doubts on what actually happened on july 26th 1969. in a way in order for the camera to focus on the moon and the astrounouts surface and the (faint) stars in the backgroundwould do not show at all. the question is that why werent there any stars in the sky? another argument is all about how in most of the photographs the objects in the shadows cant be seen. for example in figure number 2 area k like one side of the lunar module was covered by the shadow but the flag of the united states was completely highlighted (illuminated).their have been theories that say that only explanation for this conspiracy is the different sources of light: but the most thought of light source would be the sun. ... • 59. Moon Landing Hoax Research Paper On July 20th, 1969 humanity experienced an amazing changed. The incident that changed the world forever did not took place here on our planet; the unforgettable event occurred in the sky, when Neil Armstrong walked on that beautiful thing people had looked for years wondering about for a very long time, and said the famous words "That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind", time the moon. However, this amazing event raised several doubts, and some people stared to question the truthfulness of the moon landing. Many people started to believe that the moon landing was false, and they started to call it as "The moon landing hoax" or "The first man on the moon hoax". Although, there is several evidence that shows that a man really ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... However, the USSR took the firs step in space race when they successfully sent a man into the space, and he also was able of orbiting around the earth. When this event happened United States felt that they needed to do something very special and big to match and even surpass the USSR in the space race. Regardless of all United States' technology, the questions is, was United States really able to catching up Russia and beat them in the race of landing safety a human aboard spaceship on the moon? There are several reports of people saying that there were huge problems in the space program, and that a false mission was the only choice they had, in the time, in order to be able to beat the Soviet Union in the space race, but the controversy does not end there. There were deaths of many astronauts and people related to NASA a few years before the launch of Apollo 11. Some of those people were Virgil Ivan Grissom, Michael J. Adams, Robert Lawrence, Thomas Baron, etc. Thomas Baron was a NASA worker. He was fired from NASA after he made accusations about the cause of ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 61. Apollo Hoax Research Paper It was all staged? Apollo hoax Introduction: In this essay I will be discussing about the 1969 moon landing, that is believe to be staged by NASA. The U.S government has managed to fake the landing and fool the world to win the space race? I will use the search formula to explain two hypotheses with reason and evidence. The first is that NASA did not land on the moon, second is that NASA did land on the moon. At the end of this essay I will explain why NASA landing on the moon is more reasonable. First hypothesis and evidence: The USA government used the moon landing to take attention away from the Vietnam War that they were losing and staged the Apollo 11 1969. They were also losing the space race with the USSR and were scared when they ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... According to the search criteria the hypothesis should be falsifiable, fruitful, covers most of the observed phenomenon, simplistic and conservative. Using the search criteria for first hypothesis. This hypothesis is falsifiable and fruitful in its predictions but only covers the possibility of not landing on the moon. The claims for this hypothesis is very complex in which moon hoax investigator Kaysing claims that the rocket launch was real but orbited the earth for 8 days instead of going to the moon (Documentary). Another complex claim is that thousands of workers at the fake lunar set were able to keep this a secret from the society. This questions the adequacy of the hypothesis thus this hypothesis is weakly conservative. Using the search criteria on the second hypothesis that I believe is more reasonable. This hypothesis is falsifiable and fits the fruitfulness criteria as for example the astronauts that went to moon did not receive any dangerous radiation effects because they were passing through the Van Allen Belts fast (Braeunig ). It also covers most of the observed phenomenon during their space travel on their mission. The simplicity makes the hypothesis more adequate. Even with a lot of evidence and claims, these claims can be support by logical explanation and scientific reasoning instead of just theory without evidence. Thus this hypothesis is more reliable and conservative as the reasoning is more consistent with out scientific ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 63. Moon Landing Hoax Research Paper The Moon Landing Was A Hoax The Apollo landings were faked by NASA and no astronauts have ever walked on the moon. The landings were faked in a bid to win the Space Race against the Soviet Union, or to ensure NASA´S continued funding. The moon landing was a $30 Billion hoax filmed on a movie set in area 51. The United States needed to show its dominance to the rest of the world during the cold war by pulling off what really was a technologically impossible stunt. One of the arguments from skeptics to substantiate the moon landing hoax theory deals with the American flag. The fact that the flag flutters in the wind when there is no wind on the moon could lend some degree of credibility to the belief that this was a hoax.(Brian Courtis) ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Not one. Sure, the photos taken in the 60's weren't amazing quality, but these days you can capture the stars in a photo taken from your phone, so shouldn't the high tech NASA cameras have been able to pick up anything in the sky on the moon. One compelling argument for the moon landing hoax is the total lack of stars in any of the photographic/video evidence. There are no clouds on the moon, so stars are perpetually visible and significantly brighter than what we see through the filter of Earth's atmosphere. The argument here is that NASA would have found it impossible to map out the exact locations of all stars for the hoax without being rumbled, and therefore left them out – intentionally falling back on an excuse that the quality of the photographs washes them out (an excuse they did actually give). Some photographs are high–quality, however, and yet still no stars are shown. Certainly eerie, considering you can take pictures of stars from Earth in much lower quality and still see them. • 65. Moon Landing Conspiracy There is a lot of speculation and controversy over whether we actually landed on the moon or not. There should not be any question that we did land on the moon back in 1969. It just goes to show that anything can be made into a conspiracy theory if you can convince enough people to believe it. There is also an abundant amount of evidence to prove that we did actually make it to the moon. The moon landing was not fake and definitely not staged in any way. If you watch any modern television shows or listen to modern media, you realize how many huge occurrences for the world could be thought of as fake or a hoax. Huge networks like 'Discovery,' 'National Geographic,' and 'Fox News' support these kind of conspiracies as well, making articles ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... One of the first points that many people use against the moon landing is that there is a lack of stars to be seen in pictures taken. This is simply because with the settings they had to use to take the pictures, it only picked up very bright objects and the stars were very faint objects, so they were ultimately unable to be seen. Another argument found is that the shadows of the astronauts were not parallel as they should have been, so they obviously had multiple light sources which would have been impossible. The real reason for these shadows not being parallel is really just from the angle that the picture was taken in accordance with the position of the sun at that time. Lastly, a lot of people claim that the flag was waving in the picture taken of it, which is impossible with nothing there to make it wave itself. The real reason the flag looks like it is waving is because there was a horizontal rod on the back of the flag which was not extended to its entirety, so it had a spot where it was not extended, almost like a curtain only half pulled back. There is an explanation to almost every single claim made by those who say the landing is ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 67. The Myth Of The Apollo 11 Land On The Moon And Hearing... It has been forty–seven years since families across America were in awe watching the Apollo 11 land on the moon and hearing Neil Armstrong famously say "That 's one small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind". It has also been forty–seven years of people doubting the legitimacy of this footage. The theorists versus the realists is a never ending debate over whether this was a staged government hoax or if America actually made it to space. With hundreds of theories circulating involving Stanley Kubrick, Area 51, and the validity of a wrinkle in a flag. Was America really that eager to beat the Soviets and win the Space Race or did we just hit the jackpot in scientific discovery? During John F. Kennedy's time as president he vowed to get to the moon before the end of the decade. Even though he did not live to see it, those next ten years there was a sprint between American and the Soviet Union to see who could get to the moon first. The space race "showed the world which country had the best science, technology, and economic system" (Ducksters). America failed many times but we finally made it in 1969. Or did we? Post World War II America was very sensitive about their reputation and had lots of confidence being one of the top countries in the world. Americans could not handle the pressure of losing. So Americans did what they do best. Fake it. When this race began "NASA's budget was increased almost 500 percent, and the lunar landing program eventually involved some ... Moon Landing Hoax Although Technology to fake the moon landing did not exist at the time, the U.S. Government was desperate to beat the Russians in the space race, faked the lunar landings by having NASA. Stage the whole thing. There has been a number of people who believe the moon landings never actually happened, faked right before our eyes maybe by our own government and other organizations. Our Government merely could have cheated public people out of billions of tax dollars just so they could beat the soviet union in the space race. NASA could have easily tampered with the photos tapes and other evidence just to make us believe that man has been to the moon. Conspirator's more than likely believe by reason of this would not be the first time the gov has lied or hid something from the people. The Apollo 11 mission on July 16, 1969 was to have humans land on the moon and to come back alive, the Apollo 11 launch happened at the Kennedy Space Center Launch Complex and allegedly came back on July 24th. This had come across to many people as one of the best accomplishments of mankind where as others (skeptics) began wondering if the whole moon landing thing even ever happened in the first place. Why Did The Moon Landing Conspiracy Jade Brown Mr. Bergmann Senior English B2 31 March 2015 Moon landing conspiracy In 1969 NASA decided to send Apollo 11 astronauts, Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin, and Michael Collins. Armstrong was the first to step foot on the moon, the other two came later. These moments were captured on television cameras by Eagle. Armstrong took moon samples and photographs as soon as he landed on the moon. The conspiracy theory claims that the elements of the moon landings were hoaxes by NASA with other organization. In 2009 the American patriot friend's network claimed that the landings helped the U.S. government use the landings to distract the public from the Vietnam War. The landings ended around the same time as the U.S. ended its involvement with the war. It is proven that the moon landings was in no relation to the end of U.S. involvement in Vietnam. Many conspiracies claim that the landings did not happen and that NASA employees have lied or say that the landings did happen but not in the way that has been told. The public's whole idea was that the whole moon landing program was a hoax from the beginning. Some claim that the technology that sends men to the moon was lacking or that the solar flares or wind made the trip impossible. Conspiracists claim the landing are a hoax because of the photos and films, the environment, mechanical issues, and transmissions. Conspiracists look mostly at the pictures and films that were taken from the moon. They point out oddities. They say in some pictures, crosshairs seem to be behind objects which is a sign of the picture being cropped or rotated for aesthetic impact. The pictures quality seems to be implausibly high by many poor–quality photos taken by the Apollo astronauts and used high resolution. • 73. Pros And Cons Of The Moon Landing Asid from Aliens and Ufos being kept at Area 51, another popular conspiracy theory is the 1969 moon landing was staged at Area 51. A scenario by a conspiracy writer states that NASA knew that at the time it would be impossible to send astronauts to the moon because of the risk of lethal radiation. The moon landing had to be faked to avoid embarrassment and ensure future funding for NASA. On the day of the rocket launch, they staged an actual rocket launch but no one was inside. The Apollo crew was transferred to Area 51 where there was a movie stage set up to record the fake landing. Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin then acted out the lunar landing and NASA transmitted out to the millions of viewers. Technology was available at the time to create a movie set that looked like the moon and film quality believable footage. One woman claimed to see a Coca Cola bottle roll across the bottom of her screen while watching the live broadcast of the moon landing proving that it was filmed at Area 51. Other than pure embarrassment being avoided the landing had to be staged in order to meet Kennedy's 1961 goal of landing a man on the moon before 1970.Coincidentally they walked on the moon in 1969 one year before the deadline Kennedy had set. The moon landing would also be a great distraction from the unpopular vietnam war and keep the American public`s focus on something more positive. Informative Essay On Neil Armstrong Moon Landings by: Amaya Armstrong Today, I will tell you about how the moon landings are just a big hoax to try and trick people into thinking that they are real even though they were just filmed in a studio. I will give you evidence that I learned from my own thoughts that the moon landings were fake. After you read my piece of evidence that the moon landings were fake, you will see that you will change your mind about the moon landings being real and realize that Neil Armstrong DIDN'T land on the moon. My opinion is that the moon landings are fake because people didn't have the right gear to survive in space back then. Neil Armstrong was the first person to land on the moon but was being filmed landing on the moon. So the question is who filmed him?
