Herr Luettich nahm mit sehr großem Interesse und Engagement am Kurs teil und setzte
sich mit allen Kursinhalten und Lernangeboten intensiv auseinander. Die Kursaufgaben
wurden von Herrn Luettich ziel- und ergebnisorientiert bearbeitet. Dabei brachte Herr
Luettich sowohl in die Kleingruppenarbeit wie auch in die Gruppendiskussion stets
zahlreiche sehr konstruktive Ideen und Lösungsansätze ein.
Besonders beeindruckend erlebte ich die Fähigkeit von Herrn Luettich durch seine
Präsenz, Kreativität und Kommunikationsstärke auch die anderen Kursteilnehmer zu
begeistern und die Gespräche zielführend zu befruchten.
Meines Erachtens hat Herr Luettich gute Führungsfähigkeiten mit sehr großem Potenzial,
das sich aus meiner Sicht bei Übernahme entsprechender Aufgaben in der Praxis und
weiterer Auseinandersetzung mit den Führungsthemen sicher weiter entfalten wird.
Darüber hinaus könnte es für Herrn Luettich aus meiner Perspektive hilfreich sein, in
Kommunikationsprozessen sich noch stärker auf seine Botschaft zu fokussieren und den
roten Faden seiner Argumentation dabei gut im Auge zu behalten.
