Job description

1. HUMAN SERVICES PROGRAM AIDE
Provides Human Services program support, administrative
support for sub-contractors, data entry, basic scheduling and
routing. Direct client energy assistance application support
may be required. Directions from Lead Case Manager and
the Human Services Coordinator guide daily work schedule.
Responsibilities require considerable contact with members
of poverty groups, other agencies and the general public.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED with at least
two (2) year’s work experience in an office setting, or a two
(2) year degree in the business field and at least one (1) year
of experience in an office setting. An equivalent combination
of experience and training which addresses the position
qualifications may be considered. Experience and/or training
in Microsoft-based databases helpful. Salary DOE
