Started his career as a mechanical supervisor Mr. Murali Subramanian transformed into a Human Resource
Developer. He is a guide and mentor for many professionals, academicians, business people and especially parents.
He is a postgraduate in Psychology and a member of professional bodies like ISTE, ASTRA. You name a job he has an
experience in that.
He is twenty with thirty six years of experience which has a perfect blend of industrial and academic. His long
tenure is, at SASTRA from 1987 to 2006 and from Mechanical engineering department to Department of Training and
Placement. He held the offices as Director - HR of Ponnaiah Ramajayam Group of Institutions and Dhanalakshmi
College of Engineering Chennai. Presently rendering his services as Senior Consultant – Educational partnerships for
EZ Vidya (an organization which dedicates its services in the field of education) and anchoring Education Related
Projects - CSR initiatives of IT premiers and organizations like and working on the transformation in the teaching
learning processes of Schools all over India. He also design and facilitate training programmes for teachers and
students of colleges (especially empowering the students to be employed, in an innovative, creative and competitive
manner) as another main function of EZ Vidya (www.ezvidya.com ), the organization he is proudly attached with.
He is a man of action who looks after things being done rather than who thinks things to be done. His
professional commitment, caring and endearing nature, abiding concern for the poor, his love of a good laugh and his
instinct to trust made him one of a kind. His high sense of commitment, human tint and his service to the society is
awe inspiring.
He was a regular columnist in Dinamalar, Daily Thanthi and some of his famous contributions were
“Marathikku Good Bye” and “Q Corner”. He has umpteen number of facilitation experiences in his credit. People from
almost all walks of life are enjoying benefits, by attending his sessions. His craftsmanship includes need identification,
design, developing the training materials and facilitation of the same with special focus to organisational culture and
impregnating the esprit de corps.
He designed, organized and facilitated soft skill development and self-empowerment training programmes for
people from all walks of life including (teachers, students, parents, lawyers, insurance agents, hospitality industry
personal, sales representatives, home makers and self-help groups, doctors and police personnel) – mostly outbound.
He has more than 1000 facilitations to his credit and more than 50000 persons are enjoying the benefits of the same.
He is also an honorary consultant for more than 25 institutions rendering educational services from pre-KG to PG
