Assignment 1 is the first part of a five-part project to plan the
various elements of a program evaluation for education. Select a
program target from your school district, workplace, (e.g.,
business training program) or your university (where you are a
student). For you to gain the most from the assignment, you
should select a program that you are interested in, would like to
see evaluated, and are able to obtain information about.
(Possible programs include: student assessment, teacher
assessment, pay for student achievement, new teacher or
employee training, online classrooms, anti-bullying, gender
equity for girls in math and science, school to work, retention
of at-risk students, and schools of choice (charter schools),

etc.). As you develop the entire plan, gather information, and
receive feedback from your professor (or others), you should

electrical quantities, may affect the induction motor
performance under test. Also meter will affect the circuit
measurements due to loading effect. Choose a suitable meter for
the measurement of various

diagnostic cardiologist. As a result, a display device has become
an integral part of the diagnostic cardiologist department.
Efforts are underway to investigate the suitability of high-
resolution display device for diagnosis by the cardiologist.
Initial results appear to be encouraging. Initial results show that
the display device falls short in key performance features such
as the maximum luminance, veiling glare (scatter in the glass
faceplate) that reduces the modulation transfer, the number of
resolvable picture elements, which is smaller than the number
of addressable locations on the fluorescent screen, spatial noise

The production engineer in Ibri chemical factory needs a
complete measurement setup to maintain the chemical phenol at

-26 °C. Choose a negative temperature coefficient sensor and

The pressure mat is used to measure sitting discomfort in
aircraft passenger seats. The pressure mat monitor real time
surface pressure monitoring from the occupant when seated.
Piezo -resistive sensor is used as a sensing element. The
discrete pressure data is used to map the pressure distribution

and corresponding backrest contour caused by the passenger's

parameters (voltage, current, armature resistance, field

A switchgear industry in Adam, installations and equipment
fulfil with insulation resistance specifications, hence it can
operate safely. It involves connection of cables, sectioning and
protection equipment, motors and generators and electrical
conductors. They are insulated using materials with high
electrical resistance in order to limit the flow of current outside
the conductors. The quality of these insulating materials
changes over time due to the stresses affecting the equipment.
These tests detect aging and premature deterioration of the
