2. Contents Page
• The contents page will be the first page in the
magazine after an advert.
• It will give an overview of what’s in the magazine
and guide the reader to which ever page they are
interested in. (people tend to have a favourite
page so will be looking for that first before
anything else).
• The images on the page will help the reader see
who features on that page so they know who
they will be reading about when they turn to it.
3. Question and Answer Page
(interview)
• There will be three or four of these pages throughout
the magazine featuring different artists (one being the
double page spread).
• It will be laid out like an interview and will include
questions that fans have asked a certain artists through
‘twitter’.
• It will be exclusive to the magazine and the answers
will be first hand from the artist.
• There will be images of the artist from the day of the
interview and a link to the website so they can watch
the video of the photo shoot and interview.
4. Upcoming Events
• This page will be laid out in the style of a
calendar.
• Each date will being filled with something that is
happening with teen pop artists.
• The calendar can also be used for the readers to
find out who they share there birthday with and
each issue will be the calendar page of that
month (the magazine is monthly).
• Things like dates of concerts, tours and CD/book
signings will be noted to keep the readers up to
date with what is happening.
5. The Real Goss
• This will spread across two pages and will let the
reader know what is new within pop and the
music industry.
• They will read gossip of the pop stars e.g. who is
dating who, which singers have announced a
tour, which artists have got a new tattoo etc.
• This will placed towards the beginning of the
magazine to start of that month and bring the
readers up-to-date with what has happened since
last months issue.
6. Look Like A Star
• This will feature an image of a female pop singer,
either a solo artist or a band member.
• Next to the image will be replicas or very similar
versions of what they are wearing that can be
bought from high street stores for a cheaper
price.
• Young girls are very interested in the latest
fashions and wearing what there favourite
celebrity is wearing so this page will be perfect
for them.
• This also includes make-up and jewellry.
7. Who’s Won What?
• This will be a double page spread with
photographs of singers excepting there
awards at the latest award events e.g. EMA’s,
VMA’s, MTV Awards etc.
• There will be snippets of the speeches they
gave when picking up there awards and funny
captions underneath the images. This stops
the magazine from being so boring, especially
for the younger readers.
8. Quiz Page
• Ideas for quizzes:
-Guess who’s tattoo this is?
-Which band member are you like?
-Which singer are we talking about?
-Are you a dedicated fan?
• There will be one quiz in each issue that keeps the reader
engaged and that they can share with there friends.
• The quizzes can be quite humorous and really just for
fun.
• The answers will be upside down at the bottom of the
page so the reader can check if they are right afterwards.
9. Competitions
• The competitions will allow the readers to win
things like:
- Tickets
- Meet and greets with certain singers
- Signed merchandise e.g. CD’s, T-shirts, Books…
• The competitions will be advertised in a small
‘flash’ on the front cover to give people another
reason to buy the magazine.

10. Posters
• Small versions of the posters will be featured
on the front cover so the readers can see
what’s available when they buy the magazine.
• The posters will be A4 size and can be pulled
out after the magazine has been read.
• Some of them will be double sided so they can
be turned over every so often.

11. Adverts
• There will be several adverts through out the magazine
including one at the end for the next issue.
• The adverts will be for things that teenagers like, often
relating to a pop star/band.
• For example, adverts for one direction’s or Katy Perry’s
perfume could be included. • This will bring a lot of popularity to
the magazine as companies will know
that the correct target audience for
their product will be reading the
magazine .
•Teenagers will also know that the
things advertised in the magazine will
suit them so they will look forward to
seeing what’s knew and what they
could buy.
