1.- Local strategically located with
adjustments required by Disensa:
• Local of 500 m2 in locations of
high population density and
300 m2 in locations of
medium population density.
• At least 200 m2 roofed
Bodegas.
• Offices of at least 30 m2.
• Products of 50 m2 display
area.
Acquire preferential
price for the network.
Have municipal
operating permits
health, fire and any
other current, which
must be processed
directly by the applicant.
The location must be
located in an area with
development potential
to ensure business
stability.
Have a vehicle for
product removal and
distribution to final
