 A place where every person with autism can fulfill

their purpose in life
 Unique programs that provides training and
internships for those diagnosed with autism
Opportunity
 With a major social media campaign from an

experienced computer programmer and web
developer, Astistas Café has the opportunity to
become a global autism resource in which they are
striving for.
The Current Situation
 Has developed a proven and effective training and








employment program
Expanded vision includes:
More Artistas Cafes opened through their program
Culinary and Catering Programs
An on-line art gallery showcasing and selling artwork
produced by Artists with autism
A wellness program
Key Success Factors
 Two Step program that works hand-in-hand and

goes back and forth
 Improved Facebook fan page for advertisement and
to redirect traffic to Indiegogo
 Indiegogo page for the majority of donations
Analysis of Alternatives
 Doing one or the other
 Save many and only do a Facebook page and hope

for donations
 Only do an Indiegogo page and hope for trafffic
Audience Analysis
 With a site such as Indie Go Go it is easy for people

to donate money if they feel it is for a good cause
 If Astistas Café gets a huge social media boost the
donations will skyrocket
 The beginning goal after the initial launch is One
Million donors contributing $5 each.
Possible Key Stakeholders
 Anybody that uses Social media
 People that are already donating to similar causes

such as Autism Speaks
 Families with loved ones who are diagnosed with
autism that are unaware of this organization.
Final Recommendation
 Go ahead with this strong, aggressive social media

campaign
 Create a fan page through Facebook which is eye
catching with a link to redirect traffic to Indiegogo
 Create and Indiegogo page to collect donations
