Introduction
How to create a website that woos customers on one side and still has simple and
user friendly navigation?
- Generally we come across two scenarios: Either you get a sales email and you go to the website and it puts you
off, as it’s not well managed.
OR
- You incidentally fall on beautiful website for which you have no clue of the navigation path.
In both the cases the customer hasn’t had good experience. Now the major issue to deal with such problems is to
understand the nuances that can avert these problems in the first place.

The list isn’t exhaustive, but it covers some important features which affect the site look.
1. Complicated filters
Customers will only relish being on your site if it has simple filters.
2. Keep the search line in sight
You need lots of experience to come up with such solutions. Make sure that the search line is hidden. Of course it is relevant for
web stores, which search bars work correctly.
3. Mega-menu
These kind of solutions must allow the simple navigation even if the catalog structure is complicated. It doesn’t occupies too much
of the real state and must be taken into consideration for development of complicated menus.

Whenever you develop a new showcase page, build a perspective like customer’s actions and impression while amending
existing online store. Always ask, why this blog must have such a look? How is it better than other variants? And most
importantly: How much can this design woo your customer?
5. SEO
Evaluating today’s scenario; one thing that you can't bypass is SEo: Your must sync with SEO profusely. You must extensively
exhaust the options available to highlight your keywords, and phrases by the use of Headline, Meta Tags, Description, etc.
6. Social media
Social media icons placement is a crucial task. Depending on your goals in the social media space you must place these buttons
rightly. This will not foster your presence in the space, but also give a hike in SEO rankings.

News Subscription it will make your site more interactive and will also engage the customers for long time.
9. Testimonials
Customer testimonials are very important today. They create a positive impression of your service before the customer and build a rapport that
augurs trust and credibility with your follow up service. Always make sure to cultivate some testimonials from premier clients and put in the
website.
10. Simple checkout
It works as icing on the cake. The customer is always very happy to come back if his is served with a simple yet informative check out. Make
sure to integrate automail options in the system for people to receive mails post they check out.
