Module 03 ExplanationModule 03 explanationFields that I will
useEliminated fieldsThe following are the fields that I will use
to determine if the sale consultants are operating within the set
policies.
i. Sale consultant number
ii. Date of sale & extract date
iii. Consultant names
iv. Consultant state
10. v. Reporting office
vi. Region
vii. Territory
viii. Tax type
Reasons
These fields are important in determination of whether the sales
consultants are in policies for the various reasons. First, the
consultant number and names will help in identifying who the
consultant is. Secondly, consultant state, office, Territory and
region will help me in identifying each consultant the state or
region laws. The dates help in chronological arrangement of
how the consultants have been working. That is, the consistency
of the work. The tax type is as well important as it assist us in
knowing the class of the consultant therefore, they can be easily
studied.
Eliminated fields
Some of the fields that I eliminated that I thought would not be
that useful
i. The number of contracts
ii. Total sales
iii. Total cancelation
Reasons
I believe that these fields have no connection with policies but
rather, they are more of company considerations. For example,
the total sales and the number of cancelation have no direct
relation with policies that governs the operations of the
consultants.
