Media Positive Impact
Technology is evolving each and every day. Because of this new technology, people are now able to
communicate their thoughts and feelings with those all over the world. There are many social media
platforms out there including Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, the list goes on and on. But,
is it hurting the way we communicate with others around us on a day–to–day basis? Before these
platforms were introduced to the public, people were only able to communicate with others through
the use of letters or by speaking to one another face–to–face. Since technology has started to take
over, more and more people are meeting people all over the world that they weren't able to talk to
before. However, since online communication is global, that means instead of having to just please
those around us, some of us think we have to please every single person that we encounter on social
media. This isn't much of a good thing because it forces us to worry about what people we haven't
even met before think about us, rather than worrying about what's going on around you. Social
media may make communicating with others easier, but it also has the power to take us away from
the important things happening in our lives. Since networking through the use of various social
media platforms was introduced, communicating with others has never been easier. In his essay
titled, "How Social Media is Having a Positive Impact on Our Culture," author Josh Rose talks
about how people are now able to

Positive Impacts Of The Industrial Revolution
The Positive Impact of the Industrial Revolution Imagine a world without cars, phones, and radio.
This world would feature children working in slums and trips that take twice the amount of time
they would if one would have simply taken the train. Believe it or not, but this was how society was
before Industrialization. It is argued whether or not Industrialization had a positive or negative
impact on society, as it brought the dangerous world of child labor and several ill business practices.
Despite these hardships, Industrialization had a greatly positive effect on society, as with it came the
creation of child labor laws, the advancement in the mass production of goods, and technological
advancements that changed our world forever. Without ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
It is definite that the world would be much different without industrialization, and that without it, we

Social Media social media is an online medium with its users can easily participate, share and create
content including blogs, social networks, wikis, forums and virtual worlds. online media also use
web–based technology that turns communication into interactive dialogue, and makes it easier for
people to communicate with people who are far away. Positive impacts of social media include, the

about disease, understanding, about lessons and others, we find it easier, we can search on google,
wikipedia, and others. the second social media makes it easier for us to communicate with others

search for friends from social media. Suppose we are looking for information or news of our friend
another city. We can search on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and others the third social media can
also be where we make money. Social media makes it easier for sellers to promote their goods.
There are even many people who sell their used goods to social media. Because according to the
seller goods can still be used again, so dear to dispose, better used again for people who need it. the
sellers usually promote their merchandise in Lazada, Tokopedia, Shopee, BukaLapak, even until
someone sells it on Instagram, Facebook, BBM, Line, WA (Whats Up), and more. the fourth

Positive Impact Of Globalization
Globalization is when companies and people begin to expand and integrate on an international scale,
creating international free trade. While globalization has positive effects, it also is important to
understand the impact it has across the world. "This process has effects on the environment, on
culture, on political systems, on economic development and prosperity, and on human physical
well–being in societies around the world" (What Is Globalization?). Globalization allows the free
trade of products between countries, therefore its impact is far and widespread.
One of the largest challenges with globalization across the world, is the loss of jobs to other
countries. This is due to the low cost of production that lower cost companies ... Show more content

"Its leader, known as Subcomandante Marcos, referred to globalization as a "process to eliminate
that multitude of people who are not useful to the powerful"(Strayer and Nelson 1032). Throughout
Mexico, globalization has left widespread economic inequality, that is still seen to this day. Large
corporations, wealthy countries, and consumers, along with poor regulations are responsible for the
negative effects of globalization. It has created a huge divide in wealth among countries and people.
"In 1820, the ratio between the income of the top and bottom 20 percent of the world's population
was three to one. By 1991, it was eighty–six to one"(Strayer and Nelson 1030). While the term
globalization is farely new, the process goes far back in history. As trade routes were developed, the
spread of religion, goods, and technology spread. This is also where slavery and exploitation of
people and countries increased, and where the foundations of twentieth century globalization were
developed (Strayer and Nelson).
Globalization reaches all corners of the world and regulations across the globe are needed in order
to protect those who are the weakest. Activist groups have been created to counteract globalizaiton.
This global justice movement "emerged in the 1990's as an international coalition of political
activists, concerned scholards and students, trade unions, women's and religious organizations,
environmental groups, and others, hailing from rich and poor

The Positive Impact Of September 11 And Its Impacts
On September 11, 2001 at 8:46 am, the world that the world previously knew, changed forever. A
terrorist group, Al–Qaeda, hijacked 4 different planes, all taking off from northeastern United States,
and took control. The first plane, American Airlines Flight 11, flew to New York City and crashed
into the North Tower of the World Trade Center, killing everyone on board the plane as well as
hundreds of others trapped inside the building (history.com). Then, a second plane, United Airlines
Flight 175, crashed into the floors 75–85 of the World trade Center's South Tower, again killing
everyone on board as well as hundreds inside. Suddenly, all flights were banned from taking off if
they were going to New York City or through the airspace above the city, but only about an hour
later, Hijackers aboard Flight 77, crashed the third plane into the western facade of the Pentagon in
Washington D.C. Then, at 9:59 am, the unthinkable happens, the South Tower collapses. Not even
30 minutes later the North Tower collapses as well, only 102 minutes about being struck by the
plane (history.com). Around 2,996 people died because of this terrorist attack and over 6,000 others
were injured including 343 firefighters, 60 police officers, and 8 paramedics (Prince). This
unexpected terrorist attacks has significant impacts to the economy, and was especially detrimental
considering it was completely unexpected. Immediately after the attack, suspicion fell on the
Islamic terrorist group al–Qaeda.

The Reformation: A Positive Impact On Society
The Reformation began in 1517 when Martin Luther challenged the Catholic Church on the subject
of Indulgences. Martin Luther had no idea of the great impact this would make on human society
and the world, this event revolutionise the course of human history. In the sixteenth century religion
controlled everything that happened in Europe. So when Luther posted his 95 theses it cause a
rebellion against the church, which Luther would regret. This rebellion launched a century of bloody
war between empires. I strongly believe that the Reformation was a positive impact on society. For
example The Reformation has affected the modern view of politics and law. Before the Reformation
the Church governed politics, it controlled emperors and kings and

The Positive Impact Of Haier
Bhakar et al. (2013) have pointed out that a positive brand has positive impact on the purchase
intentions of a customer. In order to avoid the negative COO effects, companies ought to focus on
building a positive and strong brand image for their products in the minds of customers (ibid).
Mr. Zhang Ruimin said: "only an international famous brand can be our national pride." He wants to
make Haier become a globally–recognized brand so that every Chinese person can be proud of it.
According to the respondent, from the beginning of Haier's establishment, it has aimed to build a

product quality control. At one point, Zhang ordered his staff to destroy 76 faulty refrigerators from
a total of 400. The workers were hesitant to do so, because at that time the cost of a refrigerator was
worth equivalent to two years income in China for average worker and faulty products were also
sellable. However, Zhang persisted and destroyed all the defective products. One of the
sledgehammers used has been kept in Haier's head office in China as a reminder to always supply
customers with high quality products and services. This anecdote and the sledgehammer remind all
Haier employees to always pay attention to high quality. In order to build their brand, Zhang set
higher standards for the company than were required by the industry regulations. According to the
respondent, goods exported from China have more rigorous quality tests than domestic equivalent in
order to build a better international brand image. "Here at Haier we are dedicated to providing

Impact of Afforestation
Introduction:
What is Deforestation? Deforestation is the process of human cutting down trees and destroying the
habitats of animals and lives. People would certainly think that deforestation would not be
something good for the environment, and afforestation would cause a positive impact on the
environment. Well, most people have his perspective like that. The scientist had found proofs that
afforestation has the negative impact on the habitats of animals and the whole environment. But
how this kind of activity would harm people and animals?
Environment: How do people and animals live? Well, they would need to depend on some biotic
and abiotic factors. Water, carbon dioxide, nitrogen etc. One of them is Oxygen, oxygen is one of
the factors that would have a big impact on human and animals. No oxygen, no us. Afforestation is
one of the ways to maintain oxygen from all those environmental problems we are right now facing
on this planet. Plants are producers, they use sunlight and carbon to do a process called
photosynthesis. When plants do this photosynthesis, they produce oxygen out. Trees are one of the
producers that use photosynthesis and brings oxygen to us. This is one of the benefits from
afforestation, but does this proofs that afforestation does more things that got positive impact?
During this couple of century, people had been giving the goal of afforestation. Although people still
had achieved some bits of the goal,

Positive Impact On Electric Cars
My research question that I would like to further explore is what is holding back electric car sales?
Why have we not gone entirely electric, especially with all the benefits toward the environment? I
believe this question should be explored because whether it be electric cars or cars with an internal
combustion engine, cars are a vital form of transportation and in our everyday life. People use cars
as a form of transportation to get to work, to drive their kids to schools, to drive themselves to the
grocery store, to see loved ones and families. With all this driving, it is important to know the
impact it has on our environment. So far, internal combustion engines have shown negative harmful
impacts towards the environment in regards to carbon dioxide emissions. These carbon dioxide
emissions have shown a positive correlation with global warming which is an important ongoing
issue today. It is important to reduce our carbon footprint in order to preserve the planet for future
generations. Bringing more awareness as to why electric vehicles have a positive impact on our
environment is important because not many people are informed.
Through my research question, I hope to learn whether electric vehicles make a big enough
difference to help our environment. I also want to explore why we have not gone entirely electric
and specific reasons as to why people are afraid of change. People find switching to an electric
vehicle to be a huge lifestyle change. In Graham–Rowe's

The Positive Impacts Of Turning Points
Can turning points in a single person's life change a whole society? A turning point can be described
as a life–changing event that teaches someone about themselves or the world around them. People
who endure a life–changing event can respond positively or negatively. In the autobiography, "I
Never Had It Made" by Jackie Robinson, the memoir, "Warriors Don't Cry" by Melba Pattillo Beals,
and the article, "The Father of Chinese Aviation," by Rebecca Maksel, each of the individuals faced
turning points. The individuals of each story overcame a big obstacle that not only changed their
life, but also made a positive impact on the history of their country.
Jackie Robinson was chosen to integrate into Major League Baseball during a time in history when
blacks were not a part of the major leagues. On his path to becoming the first black player in the
major leagues, he had to endure many challenges, such as, racism expressed as insults, physical
harm and pressure from his teammates, other baseball owners, and fans. In paragraph three of the
text, Robinson states, "Some of my own teammates refused to accept me because I was black." This
quote shows that Robinson had to deal with racial tensions because his skin was black. He was often
separated from the rest of his teammates, and was rejected by them because of his skin color.
Despite the racism he faced, he grew and developed through the support, encouragement, and love
shown to him by his supporters– the children and black fans.

Positive Impacts Of The Crusades
The Crusades resulted in a more negative way. The Crusades resulted in a more negative way
because, many crusaders destroyed muslims property, and killed a lot of them. More reasons why
the crusades were more negative was because they killed a lot of people including many innocent
people like women and children. Crusaders also destroyed many buildings, synagogues and holy
books, and Jews were being attacked. The last thing is the crusaders did things they were not
supposed to do. For example they attacked other places when they were hired to do other things not
including attacking anything, so they lied and did the opposite of what they were going to do. So, in
result with this many people were angry and the crusades came out as more negative than positive.
The Crusades were a very harsh and gruesome wars between religions. This whole fight/war was all
to take back the Holy Land. There are many reasons why the results of the Crusades were so
negative.
Document 4 states that "Moreover, the assault of one christian people on another, when one of the
goals of the fourth crusade was reunion of the Greek and Latin churches, made a split between
Greek and Latin churches permanent". This basically states that they split up Greek and Latin
churches from each other, and that Christians were being assaulted other people.
This is important because this shows that the crusades were negative. This shows the crusades

The Positive Impact Of Technology
Technology has evolved over the years, improving in fields such as medicine, computer
programming, business, and the list goes on. It has opened up a number of jobs and work
opportunities and helped make society more efficient. The human brain has also benefited a great
deal, due to fast paced research and new ways to improve and present creativity skills, using
different pieces of technology and search engines. There are some downsides to technology and the
wide growth of it, while some problems are created through the misuse of it and how others take
advantage of it. However, technology really has more of a positive impact than anything, because it
has made society and people work more efficiently, opened up new work opportunities, helped our
brains think more in depth and helped people become more creative, and has really made an impact
in medicine.
People and society in general has improved in the sense that they work more efficiently. According
to Yuki Noguchi, a journalist for NPR news, reported that "The advance of tablets and Web–based
computing makes it possible for more people to work remotely...". People are now able to work
much faster and are able to get more done because they have things like cell phones, tablets, and
laptops, which makes it easier to work just about anywhere one goes. In addition, there is an
increase in collaboration and connectivity, meaning that it is easier to stay connected with others,

heroes are seen much differently from fictional characters. People are labeled heroes based on two
words: positive impact. They are looked up to because they have helped a community or even a

The Positive Impacts of Exercise
This paper delves into the benefits of exercising for the purpose of physical health and emotional
relief and relaxation, which has a positive impact on the physical performance of people. Physical
exercise has been known to mankind since the since the very first civilizations because of the
benefits it provides with the small amount of effort. Different exercises have been part of different
societies, cultures and regions, based on awareness and requirement of the people. Physical exercise
not only boosts and elevates the health of people; it also has a positive effect on the behavior and
moods of people. It has been observed in the past, that people with better interest and involvement
in physical exercises, seemed to live longer and enjoy a more healthy life with less diseases and less
obesity conditions. Physical health has been the ultimate goal of exercise since forever. Physical
exercise helps in burning calories over a period of time, depending on the intensity of the exercise.
The reduction in calories reduces the weight of the body by reducing fats, which eventually makes
people more fit and healthy because the body can perform better as it requires pulling and managing
less amount of weight than before. On the other hand, lack of exercise leads to obesity and lethargic
behavior, which is the main cause of many diseases and a shorter life (Pratt, Macera & Wang, 2000).

videos has lead to people becoming more aggressive in real life, and leading kids to be less sensitive
to real life problems (Wolpert). When reading, and finding information is done online students won't
read as fully as they need to. A university professor has explained that Google is not enough to find
the information you need, and if the teachers don't help the kids slow down and read deeply, they
won't comprehend what they are reading (Simpson). If students aren't understanding what they are
reading, because they have not read deeply enough, it will not benefit their learning. "Wiring

technology is false information, and distraction. "With internet always at your fingertips, it is

The Positive And Negative Impacts Of Immigration
Where did immigration start? Why did immigration start? Was immigration encouraged by our
government? What were the positive and negative impacts of immigration? Immigration has been
occurring for many years. Throughout history immigrating to different lands was very common.
During the early 1800s through the early 1900s, nearly 30 million foreigners were arriving in the
United States. In the late 1800s in a single year close to 400,000 immigrants arrived. During this
time the immigrants were helping shape America by supplying labor and industrialization. When
people were first migrating to North America as this country was getting started, the American
people had a very narrow mindset, therefore, as people from other countries migrated to the U.S.
little by little the country was broadened. The country was broadened along with the American
people, their laws and foreign peoples perspective of America. As the perspectives of foreign people
changed migration to America was encouraged.
First, before America was bound to begin: The Native Americans were here in North America first,
then the Europeans settlers came to this land and were taken from the natives. Many injustices have
occurred in history but this is how America was shaped to be the country it is now. Therefore, it can
be viewed in two different was in a positive and a negative way. For example, it can be positive
because through our past events in history we were able to become the country we are today.

Positive Impact Of The Roman Republic
The Greeks, made up of Athenians and Spartans, and the Romans, led by the Roman Republic and
Roman Empire, ruled present–day Middle East between 4th and 5th centuries BCE. In the Twelve
Tables, it's clear that the Roman Republic killed those who do wrong (Doc 5). Meanwhile, the
Athenians controlled their citizens through respect and appreciation of each citizens' individuality
(Doc 2). Both of the governments saw positive and negative impacts. While the Romans deserve
credit for their accomplishments in government, the Greeks more effectively controlled their
citizens, and saw more positive effects than the Romans. The citizens of the Greek city–state Athens
were more willing to cooperate with the Athenian government because they weren't oppressed (Doc
2). This conclusion can be drawn from Document 2, Enjoying Global History, written by Henry
Abraham and Irwin Pfeffer as a part of the Amsco School Publications in 2006. Abraham and
Pfeffer wanted to portray that Athens was a strong city–state, since they did not list any of its
negatives, which might bias the junior–high age students it was intended for. In Greece, positive
impact of free–thought and independence is an opposite of the Roman ruling. According to the
Twelve Tables, the Roman Republic controlled its' citizens by threatening wrong–doers with death

Positive Impact On Self Study
SELF
A positive impact on self is that I get to study the rugby world cup in class, this is a positive impact
on myself as I get to learn more about rugby as a sport and I get to learn about how the competition
works. When learning more about rugby as a sport it will influence me to be more interested in the
game and be able to talk with friends and family with how the All Blacks are going. Since I will
become more interested in the game I may go and watch our first 15 in the weekend. This will be
good as I will be able to meet new people and also have comradery between people who are also
interested in rugby.
A negative impact on self is since the games are played in England it is a different time zone
meaning that the games will be played during the night in New Zealand. This is a negative impact
on myself as I will stay up too late on a school night which will make me too tired to go to school. If

The Positive Impact Of Technology And Its Impact On America
Our money is their money. Whether you like it or not, the government will receive their loot. Have
you ever thought about where your tax dollars were going? Whether it's used for sturdy or
substandard things, or in other words good or bad things? And how they are spent? It's the million–
dollar question that Americans ponder over every day. Our tax dollars are distributed throughout the
all Americans in the United Stated. The constant changes of the technology in this world has a
signifance impact on Americans. Some may see technology as an easy way of doing things, but
don't look at the bigger picture. Not saying that technology is a bad this but it does have its negative
and positive conditions about it. Every penny that we make in the work force we have to pay a slight
amount of money to the United States government. Like I uttered before, whether we like it or not
the government will receive their money that is taken out of Americans pay checks. Self–driving
cars are almost out and ready to start rolling on the roads. Most cars now have the ability to operate
themselves, and some are able to steer themselves for a short period of time. A self–driving car is
also known as an anonymous car. Anonymous cars can have their ups and downs to then though.
Anonymous cars can affect Americans more than we may think they can, for example what if a self–
driving car hits another car and it's the self–driving cars fault and the person in the other vehicle
doesn't have any insurance

Positive Impact Of Globalisation
Globalisation contributes to the linkage of local and global sectors by promoting the transfer of
services and goods. The negative factors of globalisation are the widening gap between the rich and
the wretched impact negatively in globalisation in the reason of that some country does not produce
their own thing, so they buy a product from another country so the government does not sell
anything, and then they don't get money to give to the people living outside their country, and the
country will get impecunious. The westernisation /Americanisation impact negatively on western
style of life in clothing, food, drink and housing if India stays like this the India will get poor, and
they will not have jobs for their citizens. Ultimately, the beneficial factors of globalisation are the
international aid and instant, and varied communication is important in a person's life due to the way
of transforming the world into a small village where you can reach out to anyone, anywhere in the
world and talk to anyone from connecting over the network. The universal aid has been a favorable
impact of globalisation in the countries that need help in their needs and education so give their
needs and help them not to be poor. This shows that globalisation has a negative and positive impact
on society. The broadening gap between the rich and the poor is a negative impact on society, which
is caused by globalisation. If the wealthy people don't help indigent people the widening

Positive Impact Of Ehealth Globally
The clarity of this paper addresses the significance and positive impact of ehealth globally. For
example, according to Piette et al. (2012), reliable health services are in high demand worldwide,
particularly in low– and middle–income countries. The utilization of ehealth systems can support
the objectives in ways that are economically feasible as well as sustainable. Health planners are also
looking for innovative ways to improve the outcomes of health care and public health initiatives
while remaining cost effective (Piette et al.,2012). It is imperative that the health system address the

The Positive Impact Of Technology In The Classroom
This paper explores four published articles that analyze on the effects of classroom technology and
its relationship with students' behaviors and learning achievements. The articles, however, have
different statements toward the impacts of classroom technology, either positive or negative.
Alaeddine, Parsaei, Kakosimos, Bing, and Mansoor (2015) assert that the classroom technology has
a positive impact on both the students' learning process and the teachers' willingness on innovative
knowledge. Also, Sarder (2014) adds that a unique combination of the online courses' tools can
arouse students' interests. However, Muir–Herzig (2004) states that the use of technology in the
classroom has no critical influence on students' grades and participation. Moreover, the barrier to
integrating technology into classrooms is a vital obstacle currently, according to Wachira and
Keengwe (2010). This paper examines all four research papers mentioned above to suggest that
whether the classroom technology can produce a positive impact on education depends on the
integrating process. It is claimed that an appropriate way to integrate the classroom technology is
the essential part of the students' learning process.

Positive Impact Of Video Games
Abstract This paper discusses the issue of video games. Video games are so popular with most
teenagers that video games are getting more and more attention. Many studies show that indulging
in video games has negative effects on the normal work, study, and life of player. But in my opinion,
everything has two sides. While paying attention to the negative influence of video games, should
also pay attention to its positive influence. This paper examines the research findings of some
articles, especially about the positive impact of playing video games. In this essay, I will discuss the
positive effects of video games in two ways: how playing video games enhances the player's own
abilities and how playing video games has a positive impact on the player's mental health.
With the rapid development of social information technology, there are constantly new things
appear, video games is one of them. The advent of video games has provided a new form of
entertainment for young people and also has been rapidly appealing to young people. Adachi and
Willoughby (2013) said that "video games are the fastest growing forms of entertainment in the
world, with many teens playing video games for hours on a daily basis". While video games are
popular among adolescents, some researchers also focus on the impact of video games on teenagers.
But most of the research has focused on the negative effects of playing video games. Adachi and
Willoughby (2013) said that "the negative effects of video games have been examined in hundreds
of empirical studies", in video game literature, a large amount of research focused on playing video
games has negative consequences "such as aggression, hostility, decreased empathy, and video game
addiction". However, I think, while paying attention to the negative impact of one thing, we also
need to pay attention to its positive impact. Therefore, I will study the positive impact of video
games. I think playing video games has a positive impact on player's mental health. Tichon and
Mavin (2017) argued that more and more "intervention–focused researchers are demonstrating that
games" can have positive impact on both mental and physical health. And playing video games may
help improve the

Positive Impact Of Reconstruction
During the reconstruction there were various impacts but were they really a success or failures? In
the 1860's through out the 1870's the civil war settled some significant national problems, but also
created many more. Slavery was put to an end and the country was reunited however the Union's
victory cost people to lose their lives and lose their property. It was said that the most challenging
task was the future of the four million freed slaves. By 1877 the reconstruction ended due to the
pressure by Southern whites then the former slaves were put into the "second class" a system of
state enforced segregation and discrimination. The reconstruction was a period following the civil
war of rebuilding the United states. President Lincoln's goal in the Civil War was to hold the nation
together. The Confederacy was destroyed for good. Due to the success and failures of
Reconstruction, although the impact was economically positive for newly–freed African Americans
because they were able to gain more opportunities like in the south there were resources, businesses
and education , the impacts were mostly negative politically and socially because they were forced
to give up their political power and they were restricted from many public places. Although many
may argue that the effects of the Reconstruction were negative there were positive impacts that let
people have a better living. An example from document B said that " Negroes who wanted to
increase their income must

Arts : A Positive Impact On The Classroom
Arts in the classroom include various things, for example dancing, painting, and sculpturing. I think
I would've benefit a lot it teachers would've incorporate the following in my schooling or learning.
For the most part I think arts in the classroom has a positive impact on the students and on their
learning. If and only if it piggy back off the lesson plans, and the school requirements. If it's not
being taught the right way then I think it would have a positive impact on the learning. If schools
incorporate arts in the classroom this would also bring back a lot of kid's imagination. I think when
the kids enjoy school then they will grasp what is begin taught in the classroom a lot better. In the
article "It takes a Community" they proved that incorporating arts in a classroom would benefit in a
positive way. A+ school program seems like a very cool program that other schools in different
states should definitely look into. Not only are the students learning but the teachers are also
learning from the A+ School. They said, "Over the last three years, both Gatesville Elementary
School and T.S Cooper Elementary School have primarily shown increased student achievement in
both math and reading." I think if other schools incorporate arts in their classrooms a little more,
schools grades and test scores would both go up. Arts in a classroom would make kids enjoy school
and they wouldn't dread coming to school. The arts in the classroom would make the classroom a lot

The Positive Impacts Of Superheroes
Superheroes are very popular in our society, most people in today's world spend their time either
watching superhero movies or reading superhero comic books. Although there are many reasons
why superhero fans are so popular, the most important ones are, their movies are related to the
current world issues, such as fight prejudice, stereotype, good team work, and they always inspire
the young children. Superheroes having powers doesn't mean that they're not humans, They can save
the world and fight criminals but they still have to deal with the fact of being a human being
because they also face negative things like prejudice and stereotype. Superheroes fighting these will
influence the children to do the same thing.
This has a positive impact on children's life because it teaches them fight prejudice, be strong and be
proud of who they're. It helps young children to encourage each other to not hide their nature from
the society in order to avoid stress and isolation. In real life, homosexual people tend to hide their
true nature because they think they're different from the people the fact that they go out and marry
the same sex. Prejudice is and was common back then where people are discriminated because of
their racial, religion, and gender. "Thus the Holocaust, according to the authoritarian personality
theory, occurred because Germans were predisposed to not think of Jews as German and to obey
Nazi–authority demands, even if such demands required immoral behavior"

Positive And Negative Impact Of Loanwords
This paper examines the positive, and negative, impact of English loanwords; currently being used
in the Japanese language. Loanwords are words that have been borrowed from one language and
incorporated into another; these words are sometimes integrated without any further modification.
The initial consideration is as to why so many English loanwords have managed to infiltrate the
Japanese language. Thereafter, the negative and positive implications for Japanese society are
explored. The aim is to draw a final conclusion, based on an objective review of previous studies on
the subject.
Keywords: Colonization, globalization, contentious, population
The Positive and Negative Impact of English Loanwords on the Japanese Language Over a
prolonged period of time, the use of English has expanded to the point that is has become a truly
global language. Presently, there are more than 1.5 billion English speakers worldwide; the reasons
for this are varied. English being the preferred method of internet communication; British
colonization and the world's fixation with American popular culture, are just some of the
contributory factors. There can be little doubt that this expansion of English as a lingua franca ...

This has caused both positive and negative reactions, the latter prompting calls for government
intervention from some sections of society. Loanwords are referred to as gairaigo in Japanese. In
recent times, the contentious subject of gairaigo has become a hot topic of debate for the Japanese
media, the government and the general public. Japanese is a language that has evolved through
contact with foreign languages. In the 4th century, with no discernable method of written
communication in place, the Japanese adopted Chinese characters as a written means of

Positive And Negative Impact Of Globalization
McDonald's, and Starbucks combined number of stores around the world total to about 65,000
stores. This amount is more than the population of some countries! Globalization is the increased
interdependence of countries/nations around the world. Globalization can mean culture spreading,
which is what McDonald's and Starbucks are both doing, and can help or hurt many nations around
the world. In the early 1900s globalization was much less advanced, but now, due to technological
advancements, globalization is spreading and becoming more and more popular/common in places
around the world. Globalization has impacted economics, politics, and society in many positive and
negative ways, but more positive ways.
Globalization can be both positive and negative regarding economics. For example, today the
process of transporting a single t–shirt is reduced to about $0.07! (Planet Money, Boxes Chapter).
Globalization has made costs a lot cheaper around the world. Due to advancements in technology
shared, the process cost is being cut by a lot of money. This is very positive because it means that
making a t–shirt is cheaper and more efficient. But, economics can be impacted negatively too! Due
to outsourcing, there are many fewer jobs available in the United States (Friedman video).
Companies are taking jobs once available in the US, and giving them to people in other nations
because it is cheaper. This is a bad impact because now the American economy is being affected
because fewer people

The Positive Impact Of Peter The Great's Impact On Russia
Prior to Peter the Great taking reign, the Russian society was in a rough condition. The economy
was failing and the country's standing army was extremely weak. Russia was also in the midst of a
war against the Ottoman Turkish Empire, with a goal to secure a Russian port on the northern coast
of the Black Sea. Peter the Great ruled over Russia from 1682–1752.He tried to form warm water
ports so they had the ability to trade in the in the winter seasons. He also tried to improve Russia
and modernize the culture. As an effect of these things, Peter the Great had an overall positive
impact on Russia during his rule.
Peter the Great was born to Tsar Alexis and grew up differently than many people of his time. "Peter
proved a healthy child, lively and inquisitive. It is probably significant to his development that his
mother's former guardian, Artamon Sergeyevich Matveyev, had raised her in an atmosphere open to
progressive influences from the West" (Britannica Academica). The fact that he grew up with a
significant figure in his life who favored the west, shaped his views in a major way. Later in his
reign, he focused on western civilizations and how they thrived. Peter tried to implicate the same
influences in Russia to further try and modernize and advance the culture, society, and government.
Peter was a very lively and energetic child. "When Alexis died in 1676 Peter was only four years
old. His elder half–brother, a sickly youth, then succeeded to the throne as Fyodor

The Positive Impact Of Reconstruction
Just imagine that you were born when slavery was allowed in the United States. Better yet, imagine
yourself as an African American/ black and being born into slavery. What would you do? Would you
try to escape to freedom or remain a slave and serve "your master" until you die or until slavery is
totally abolished? Well that's when the Reconstruction Era comes in. The Civil War was a major
cause that led to the Reconstruction Era. This was due to the Union winning the war between them
and the South. The end of this war was thought to give freedom, peace, and stop the suffering of
slaves all over the country, but the South didn't want to let go of slavery that easily. Reconstruction
was when the South was rebuilding and also when the country ... Show more content on

When people heard of what happened to Colby, it showed how much African Americans/ blacks
have grown in a country that would never allow them to have any kind of power, but that
encouraged many of them to keep moving up in power. Once they noticed that they made it really
far, they start to speak for other African Americans/ blacks and their voice is worth a lot because it
started to have great impact in society. Socially, the impact that reconstruction had on it was positive
because African Americans were starting to being allowed to vote and that's not all, they also started
building more churches. One example of how reconstruction had a positive impact socially can be
found in Document K. Within this document that was created by the U.S. Constitution, it provides
us with brief information about what the 13, 14, and 15th Amendments say. The 15th Amendment
specifically states, "The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged
by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous conditions of servitude..."
This impact was positive because for African Americans/ blacks being given the chance to vote for
the country that they were born in meant a lot. It meant a lot to them because for them, voting was
the chance

The Positive Impact Of Television And Its Impact On Children
Television has greatly impacted our society in both negative and positive ways. There are
compelling arguments on both sides from the way some see television as a rich source of
information, education, and entertainment, while others blame it for society's violence, obesity, and
misinformation. It is an inevitable part of modern culture considering that we depend on TV to keep
us updated and informed with news, weather, sports, entertainment, and information. Television has
warped and revolutionized the way individuals view themselves and the environment around them
by portraying unrealistic stereotypes and trying to appeal to the desired audience. Besides
influencing society as a whole, television particularly impacts children and adolescents. It can be a
part of a healthy childhood, but too much screen time is not ideal. In "What are TV Ads Selling to
Children?" by John J. O'Connor, he explains how "things haven't changed much in the television
business of children's merchandising" considering that TV still feeds children "pitches for sugary
cereals, sweet drinks, fruit–flavored candies and blond, blue–eyed dolls with fabulous hair and the
hottest clothing." For example, on Disney Channel, they showed children drinking sugary, sweet
drinks such as Capri Sun. Also, most of the advertisements were primarily based on the newest,
most up to date toys from Minecraft, to Frozen, to Spider Man Homecoming. With that being said,
when advertisements like that come on TV, children

Positive Impacts Of The Healthcare System
New technologies provide for various positive impacts in the healthcare system. Some of which
include:
1. Dramatic Savings; With an electronic system in place, the medical expenditure of repeated
procedures, methods of information sharing, delays in providing appropriate care on time and errors
in delivery due to the lack of timely knowledge such as early detection of cancer can be eliminated.
Health informatics reduces errors, allows timely care deliveries and increases communication
efficiency.
2. Shared knowledge; Healthcare providers are always learning. This may be why medicine is
referred to as a 'practice' due to its ongoing ability to change. Health informatics allows there to be a
way for knowledge of diseases, therapies, medicine

Media Positive Impact

  • 1. Media Positive Impact Technology is evolving each and every day. Because of this new technology, people are now able to communicate their thoughts and feelings with those all over the world. There are many social media platforms out there including Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, the list goes on and on. But, is it hurting the way we communicate with others around us on a day–to–day basis? Before these platforms were introduced to the public, people were only able to communicate with others through the use of letters or by speaking to one another face–to–face. Since technology has started to take over, more and more people are meeting people all over the world that they weren't able to talk to before. However, since online communication is global, that means instead of having to just please those around us, some of us think we have to please every single person that we encounter on social media. This isn't much of a good thing because it forces us to worry about what people we haven't even met before think about us, rather than worrying about what's going on around you. Social media may make communicating with others easier, but it also has the power to take us away from the important things happening in our lives. Since networking through the use of various social media platforms was introduced, communicating with others has never been easier. In his essay titled, "How Social Media is Having a Positive Impact on Our Culture," author Josh Rose talks about how people are now able to ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

It is argued whether or not Industrialization had a positive or negative impact on society, as it brought the dangerous world of child labor and several ill business practices. Despite these hardships, Industrialization had a greatly positive effect on society, as with it came the creation of child labor laws, the advancement in the mass production of goods, and technological advancements that changed our world forever. "Its leader, known as Subcomandante Marcos, referred to globalization as a "process to eliminate that multitude of people who are not useful to the powerful"(Strayer and Nelson 1032). Throughout Mexico, globalization has left widespread economic inequality, that is still seen to this day. Large corporations, wealthy countries, and consumers, along with poor regulations are responsible for the negative effects of globalization. It has created a huge divide in wealth among countries and people. "In 1820, the ratio between the income of the top and bottom 20 percent of the world's population was three to one. By 1991, it was eighty–six to one"(Strayer and Nelson 1030). While the term globalization is farely new, the process goes far back in history. As trade routes were developed, the spread of religion, goods, and technology spread. This is also where slavery and exploitation of people and countries increased, and where the foundations of twentieth century globalization were developed (Strayer and Nelson). Globalization reaches all corners of the world and regulations across the globe are needed in order to protect those who are the weakest. Activist groups have been created to counteract globalizaiton. • 10. Positive Impact On Electric Cars My research question that I would like to further explore is what is holding back electric car sales? Why have we not gone entirely electric, especially with all the benefits toward the environment? I believe this question should be explored because whether it be electric cars or cars with an internal combustion engine, cars are a vital form of transportation and in our everyday life. People use cars as a form of transportation to get to work, to drive their kids to schools, to drive themselves to the grocery store, to see loved ones and families. With all this driving, it is important to know the impact it has on our environment. So far, internal combustion engines have shown negative harmful impacts towards the environment in regards to carbon dioxide emissions. These carbon dioxide emissions have shown a positive correlation with global warming which is an important ongoing issue today. It is important to reduce our carbon footprint in order to preserve the planet for future generations. Bringing more awareness as to why electric vehicles have a positive impact on our environment is important because not many people are informed. Through my research question, I hope to learn whether electric vehicles make a big enough difference to help our environment. I also want to explore why we have not gone entirely electric and specific reasons as to why people are afraid of change. People find switching to an electric vehicle to be a huge lifestyle change. On his path to becoming the first black player in the major leagues, he had to endure many challenges, such as, racism expressed as insults, physical harm and pressure from his teammates, other baseball owners, and fans. In paragraph three of the text, Robinson states, "Some of my own teammates refused to accept me because I was black." This quote shows that Robinson had to deal with racial tensions because his skin was black. He was often separated from the rest of his teammates, and was rejected by them because of his skin color. Crusaders also destroyed many buildings, synagogues and holy books, and Jews were being attacked. The last thing is the crusaders did things they were not supposed to do. The reduction in calories reduces the weight of the body by reducing fats, which eventually makes people more fit and healthy because the body can perform better as it requires pulling and managing less amount of weight than before. On the other hand, lack of exercise leads to obesity and lethargic behavior, which is the main cause of many diseases and a shorter life (Pratt, Macera & Wang, 2000). A university professor has explained that Google is not enough to find the information you need, and if the teachers don't help the kids slow down and read deeply, they won't comprehend what they are reading (Simpson). If students aren't understanding what they are reading, because they have not read deeply enough, it will not benefit their learning. • 21. The Positive And Negative Impacts Of Immigration Where did immigration start? Why did immigration start? Was immigration encouraged by our government? What were the positive and negative impacts of immigration? Immigration has been occurring for many years. Throughout history immigrating to different lands was very common. During the early 1800s through the early 1900s, nearly 30 million foreigners were arriving in the United States. In the late 1800s in a single year close to 400,000 immigrants arrived. During this time the immigrants were helping shape America by supplying labor and industrialization. When people were first migrating to North America as this country was getting started, the American people had a very narrow mindset, therefore, as people from other countries migrated to the U.S. little by little the country was broadened. The country was broadened along with the American people, their laws and foreign peoples perspective of America. As the perspectives of foreign people changed migration to America was encouraged. First, before America was bound to begin: The Native Americans were here in North America first, then the Europeans settlers came to this land and were taken from the natives. Many injustices have occurred in history but this is how America was shaped to be the country it is now. Therefore, it can be viewed in two different was in a positive and a negative way. Positive Impact Of The Roman Republic The Greeks, made up of Athenians and Spartans, and the Romans, led by the Roman Republic and Roman Empire, ruled present–day Middle East between 4th and 5th centuries BCE. In the Twelve Tables, it's clear that the Roman Republic killed those who do wrong (Doc 5). Meanwhile, the Athenians controlled their citizens through respect and appreciation of each citizens' individuality (Doc 2). Both of the governments saw positive and negative impacts. While the Romans deserve credit for their accomplishments in government, the Greeks more effectively controlled their citizens, and saw more positive effects than the Romans. The citizens of the Greek city–state Athens were more willing to cooperate with the Athenian government because they weren't oppressed (Doc 2). This conclusion can be drawn from Document 2, Enjoying Global History, written by Henry Abraham and Irwin Pfeffer as a part of the Amsco School Publications in 2006. Abraham and Pfeffer wanted to portray that Athens was a strong city–state, since they did not list any of its negatives, which might bias the junior–high age students it was intended for. • 29. The Positive Impact Of Technology In The Classroom This paper explores four published articles that analyze on the effects of classroom technology and its relationship with students' behaviors and learning achievements. The articles, however, have different statements toward the impacts of classroom technology, either positive or negative. Alaeddine, Parsaei, Kakosimos, Bing, and Mansoor (2015) assert that the classroom technology has a positive impact on both the students' learning process and the teachers' willingness on innovative knowledge. Also, Sarder (2014) adds that a unique combination of the online courses' tools can arouse students' interests. However, Muir–Herzig (2004) states that the use of technology in the classroom has no critical influence on students' grades and participation. Moreover, the barrier to integrating technology into classrooms is a vital obstacle currently, according to Wachira and Keengwe (2010). This paper examines all four research papers mentioned above to suggest that whether the classroom technology can produce a positive impact on education depends on the integrating process. It is claimed that an appropriate way to integrate the classroom technology is the essential part of the students' learning process. • 30. Positive Impact Of Video Games Abstract This paper discusses the issue of video games. Video games are so popular with most teenagers that video games are getting more and more attention. Many studies show that indulging in video games has negative effects on the normal work, study, and life of player. But in my opinion, everything has two sides. While paying attention to the negative influence of video games, should also pay attention to its positive influence. This paper examines the research findings of some articles, especially about the positive impact of playing video games. In this essay, I will discuss the positive effects of video games in two ways: how playing video games enhances the player's own abilities and how playing video games has a positive impact on the player's mental health. With the rapid development of social information technology, there are constantly new things appear, video games is one of them. The advent of video games has provided a new form of entertainment for young people and also has been rapidly appealing to young people. Adachi and Willoughby (2013) said that "video games are the fastest growing forms of entertainment in the world, with many teens playing video games for hours on a daily basis". While video games are popular among adolescents, some researchers also focus on the impact of video games on teenagers. But most of the research has focused on the negative effects of playing video games. Adachi and Willoughby (2013) said that "the negative effects of video games have been examined in hundreds of empirical studies", in video game literature, a large amount of research focused on playing video games has negative consequences "such as aggression, hostility, decreased empathy, and video game addiction". However, I think, while paying attention to the negative impact of one thing, we also need to pay attention to its positive impact. Therefore, I will study the positive impact of video games. I think playing video games has a positive impact on player's mental health. Tichon and Mavin (2017) argued that more and more "intervention–focused researchers are demonstrating that games" can have positive impact on both mental and physical health. And playing video games may help improve the ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

In the 1860's through out the 1870's the civil war settled some significant national problems, but also created many more. Slavery was put to an end and the country was reunited however the Union's victory cost people to lose their lives and lose their property. It was said that the most challenging task was the future of the four million freed slaves. By 1877 the reconstruction ended due to the pressure by Southern whites then the former slaves were put into the "second class" a system of state enforced segregation and discrimination. The reconstruction was a period following the civil war of rebuilding the United states. President Lincoln's goal in the Civil War was to hold the nation together. The Confederacy was destroyed for good. Due to the success and failures of Reconstruction, although the impact was economically positive for newly–freed African Americans because they were able to gain more opportunities like in the south there were resources, businesses and education , the impacts were mostly negative politically and socially because they were forced to give up their political power and they were restricted from many public places. The Positive Impacts Of Superheroes Superheroes are very popular in our society, most people in today's world spend their time either watching superhero movies or reading superhero comic books. Although there are many reasons why superhero fans are so popular, the most important ones are, their movies are related to the current world issues, such as fight prejudice, stereotype, good team work, and they always inspire the young children. Superheroes having powers doesn't mean that they're not humans, They can save the world and fight criminals but they still have to deal with the fact of being a human being because they also face negative things like prejudice and stereotype. Superheroes fighting these will influence the children to do the same thing. This has a positive impact on children's life because it teaches them fight prejudice, be strong and be proud of who they're. It helps young children to encourage each other to not hide their nature from the society in order to avoid stress and isolation. In real life, homosexual people tend to hide their true nature because they think they're different from the people the fact that they go out and marry the same sex. Prejudice is and was common back then where people are discriminated because of their racial, religion, and gender. This amount is more than the population of some countries! Globalization is the increased interdependence of countries/nations around the world. Globalization can mean culture spreading, which is what McDonald's and Starbucks are both doing, and can help or hurt many nations around the world. In the early 1900s globalization was much less advanced, but now, due to technological advancements, globalization is spreading and becoming more and more popular/common in places around the world. Globalization has impacted economics, politics, and society in many positive and negative ways, but more positive ways. Globalization can be both positive and negative regarding economics. It is probably significant to his development that his mother's former guardian, Artamon Sergeyevich Matveyev, had raised her in an atmosphere open to progressive influences from the West" (Britannica Academica). The fact that he grew up with a significant figure in his life who favored the west, shaped his views in a major way. Later in his reign, he focused on western civilizations and how they thrived. Peter tried to implicate the same influences in Russia to further try and modernize and advance the culture, society, and government. Peter was a very lively and energetic child. • 38. The Positive Impact Of Television And Its Impact On Children Television has greatly impacted our society in both negative and positive ways. There are compelling arguments on both sides from the way some see television as a rich source of information, education, and entertainment, while others blame it for society's violence, obesity, and misinformation. It is an inevitable part of modern culture considering that we depend on TV to keep us updated and informed with news, weather, sports, entertainment, and information. Television has warped and revolutionized the way individuals view themselves and the environment around them by portraying unrealistic stereotypes and trying to appeal to the desired audience. Besides influencing society as a whole, television particularly impacts children and adolescents. It can be a part of a healthy childhood, but too much screen time is not ideal. In "What are TV Ads Selling to Children?" by John J. O'Connor, he explains how "things haven't changed much in the television business of children's merchandising" considering that TV still feeds children "pitches for sugary cereals, sweet drinks, fruit–flavored candies and blond, blue–eyed dolls with fabulous hair and the hottest clothing." For example, on Disney Channel, they showed children drinking sugary, sweet drinks such as Capri Sun.
