This document describes an assessment of upper limb posture and forces using the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) method. RULA was used to evaluate both the right and left arms, neck, trunk, and legs of a client. Various postures and forces were observed and scored for each body part, including shoulder position, arm abduction, wrist bending, and loads from 0-10kg or more. The overall posture and forces were mainly static for over 1 minute or repeated more than 4 times per minute. The legs and feet were found to be well supported and balanced. The assessment is intended as an initial screening using RULA and may require further investigation.
