2. Converse Optimistic Rebels was about Creating a “spark” for Social change.

3. By highlighting the different “causes” in the world that are relevant i.e. Hunger, education through the use of Flash Mobs (mobile art galleries)

5. A Platform in the form a Life-Size Chuck Taylor was created. Students could leave MESSAGES of what they wanted to change.

8. 360 student from JHB, DBN and CPT where invited to come and renovate 3 dilapidated High Schools and Crèches
