2. Plot Summary
• The series will be based around Jason's life and the traumatic experiences he has occurred.
• Jason, the main character will have flashbacks of times with his mother.
• After he is killed at the lake by bullies he makes a pact with his dead mom to kill who ever
steps into the woods.
• It will be continuous. This means that the same group that enters the woods will be the
same all series. The main girl and her brother will last to the end but be terrorized by Jason
and the ghost of his mother.
• A car will crash which results in them being stranded In the woods. Some elements of it will
be narrated.

3. Genre
The genres of my radio show ‘Friday 13th’ will be
• Horror – Based of the original film (Film is certificated a 18, I will have to tone
down the gore and violence.)
• Sub Genre – Suspense.

4. Jason – Serial Killer
The director will voice Jason
because he doesn’t speak and it
will save money. The only sound
he makes is the breathing
noises and the director himself
could do them or the cast and
crew. An actor isn’t really
necessary.
• The character of Jason doesn't
really say anything he will just
groaning and heavy breathing.
• He is 6 foot 9 , He is really tall and
built.
• He is always wearing a mask and
dressed in black.
• His weapon is a machete.

5. Jason's Mother
• I would like Judi Dench to play Jason's
mother as she has stared in two bond films.
They have been successful and it seems
reasonable to include her into my radio
drama. I can also imagine Jason's mother
to speak like how she does. Also I think she
would be good because she has a huge
fan base in America and in England which
will help with the popularity of the radio
drama. It is also a little different to things
she has done in the past I.E. Films.
Jason Mother – Judi Dench –
• The character of Jason's mother is
portrayed as a elderly woman. Her
character is deceased but is a ghost
that only Jason can see.
• She died mid 60s.
• The clothing that she is wearing is
what she died in.
• She is 5 foot but also Intimidating.

6. Whitney Miller
• I believe that Mila Kunis would be
good for this as she played meg
griffin on family guy where she
does voice over and that's a bit
like radio. Also she is popular
among male fans so that would
help with the popularity of the
radio drama. She is in an
upcoming film ” To hell and back”
which is a film that seems to be
popular with younger audiences.
• The character of Whitney is 5 foot 6.
• She is mid 20s.
• Her character gets kidnapped by
Jason and is put into hiding.
• She is casual dressed and is found
with blood and dirt stains on her
clothing.
• She is the only remaining female
survivor along with jenna.

7. Clay Miller
I think that Daniel would
be great for clay as he
has featured in ‘The
harry potter ’ Franchise.
This seems reasonable to
put him in my radio
drama as that was a
success. He will be
playing the brother to
Mila Kunis’ character.
• The character of clay is the older brother of
Whitney.
• He is 34 years old.
• His character is 6 foot 2.
• He is the only remaining male survivor.
• He has a crush on Jenna.

8. Jenna
Emma Roberts was my first
choice for Jenna as she is
known for her multiple roles
in ‘American Horror Story’
where she plays one of the
main roles. Also at the
moment she is in a popular
television series ‘Scream
Queens’ where she plays
the main role. She is also
popular with male audiences.
• The character of Jenna is the girlfriend of
Trent but she likes clay.
• She is 5 foot 4 and is 25 years old.
• She is emotionally treated bad by Trent.
• Jenna is genuine and kind hearted.

9. Trent
• Alex Pettyfer would be good for
the role as Trent because he has
a huge female fan base. He was
in the popular book series which
adapted into a film ‘ Storm
breaker’. For him to voice a
character in a radio drama will
be different to what he usually
does. He was also in Magic Mike
.
• The character of Trent is an awful
character. Nobody seems to like him.
• He treats everybody bad but Jenna
more then anyone.
• He is 5 foot 8.
• He is portrayed as a 27 year old.
• He dies second.

10. Bree
• Felicity Jones will be a good
choice for Bree because she
has starred in ‘The amazing
Spiderman’ as well as ‘The
Theory of Everything’. Both
of her films and a success.
For her to bring her
popularity to our radio drama
would be a huge success.
• She is the overdramatic character. She
thinks that she is better then everybody.
• She is 25 year old.
• She is 5 foot 6
• She is having an affair with Trent.
• She is in a relationship with Nolan.

11. Nolan
I think that he would be good as Nolan.
Nolan is a sarcastic character, which
one of his characters ‘Loki played in
thor. He is popular with female
audiences and is well known. By being
popular with female audiences, more
people will tune in. He also has a huge
male fan base. His most recent film ‘
Crimson peak’ seems to be receiving
good reviews. This will also help develop
his career.
• His character is known as the
druggie.
• He is always high.
• He is 5 foot 8
• He is 26 years old.
• He was a high school drop out.
• He works in the fast food
industury.

12. Station
• My radio show will be aired at 19:30pm on BBC Radio 4. The days it will air
will be each Thursday. The series will consist of 8 episodes which will be
played each Thursday for 8 weeks. Each episode with be hitting around the
45 minute mark so it will finish 20:15pm.
