Step 1: From Home tab Click rules
Step 2: Select Manage Rules and Alerts
Step 3: Select New Rule from the Email Rules Box
Step 4: Select what action you wish to accomplish – Stay Organized, Stay Up to Date, or Start from a Blank Rule
*** Must Click Blue links to select people or groups***
Follow instructions in the Rules wizard !!!!!!
Step1: From the Home Tab click the small arrow in the lower right corner of the Quick Step tool box
Step 2: When the Manage Quick Step dialog box opens select to Edit, Duplicate or Delete a Quick step.
Step 2a: You can also choose to create a new Quick Step by selecting Create New (Has a really good Wizard !)
Step 1: Open Calendar view
Step 2: From Home Tab click “New Meeting”
Step 3: Click “Scheduling Assistant”
Step 4: Click “Add Atendees” (Just like sending an email to someone…find them on Global and select)
Step 5: Repeat until you have everyone selected
Step 6: Click ok
Step 7: Review Infromation by clicking “Appointment” Button
Step 8: Type message and send
Step 1: Click “New Items” on Home Tab
Step 2: Select “Task”
Step 3: Name Task ( and set any other particulars desired)
Step 4: Select team or individual for task
Step 1: Click File
Step 2: Click Options
Step 3: Under Color Scheme select color from dropdown box.
Step 1: Click File
Step 2: Click Options
Step 3: Click Mail tap on the Left
Step 4: Click Signatures tab on the right
Step 5: Click the New tab and type a name for the signature
Step 6: In the edit signature box type or paste the signature you wish to use
Step 7: Click OK
