The Quadrant HR module was designed recognizing that all
organizations have processes that are unique to them – one
size does not fit all. To ensure maximum flexibility and optimal
performance, Quadrant uses the concept of configurable
HR Folders to document and automate HR activity. You can
get started using an existing template that is easily updated,
or you can create an HR Folder from “scratch.” Every field you
define can be reported on for measurement and metrics analysis.
