E&E Systems Co was established in 2003 in Tehran as a private company with reg.
No 237406. We provide compliance management software solutions for wide range
of industries and services, especially for ISO management system standards
requirements. Our presence in market started with automotive industry and now we
are proud to announce our active presence in over 25 industries and services sector.
What we do
E&E, originated from efficiency and effectiveness, helps companies to automate their
ISO related activities using its industry approved software products including
Document Management, CAPA Management, Suppliers Evaluation Management, and
After Sale Service Management. Besides, we offer advanced consultant services
to companies in software and quality management sectors.

E&E CAPA helps you to manage corrective, preventive and improving actions for

E&E DMS helps you build your document centre easily in a user-friendly
environment. Simply define categories of your documents with unlimited nodes and leaves. You can assign
a single management team for all your document groups or dedicated for each one; then, it is easy task to

Initial configuration of E&E CAPA consists of the following steps:

Definition of source of actions in a tree shaped structure. Among suggested values for this entity
are: Internal Audit, Statistical Analysis, Customer Complaints, Occurrence of accidents and
incidents
- Configuring occurrence points of problems:
Occurrence points are in 4 categories: departments of organization, goods and services, processes
and user defined custom occurrence points
- Definition of measures:
Measures are tags which can be attached to any CAPA request. Measure value is set while issuing a
request optionally and then in C phase of problem solving cycle, new value will be calculated as a
tool to evaluate efficiency of performed action.
- Assignment of administrative roles to specific users inside of CAPA workflow:
E&E CAPA let you define administrators for each phase of PDCA in relation to sources and
occurrence points. Administrators are responsible to approve or reject the results and choose
executives for the next phase in case of approving the input.

E&E SEM automates the process of suppliers’ identification, registration
Self-Assessment, periodic audits, ranking and decision making in purchases.
Initial configuration of E&E SEM consists of the following steps:

receiving customization of purchased products orders, gathering bugs and issue reports and questions and
offers a simple yet industry and standard approved mechanism to maintain all inputs Based on ISO 10000
family of standards to achieve customer satisfaction. The model to use for handling all types of mentioned
requests is based on PDCA cycle (Plan, Do, Check, Act).

which you wish to use. While defining source of issues, you can configure which one depends on
purchases or existing valid contract to control available options for any current or potential

We provide compliance management software solutions for wide range of industries and services, especially for ISO management system standards requirements. Our presence in market started with automotive industry and now we are proud to announce our active presence in over 25 industries and services sector. What we do E&E, originated from efficiency and effectiveness, helps companies to automate their ISO related activities using its industry approved software products including Document Management, CAPA Management, Suppliers Evaluation Management, and After Sale Service Management.
