values of the variable. g(x)= 7/x+3; x=0, x=h ( please show all your steps)
Solution
in this question the function will be g(x)=7/(x+3)
for the function g(x) = (7/x)+3 the average rate of change will be -infinity which is not a good
solution
function is g(x)=7/(x+3)
rate of change of g(x) is =
and the average value of f(x) to the limit x=a to x=b is given by
= ((7/(h+3))-7/3)/h = 7/(3*(h+3))
so answer is 7/(3*(h+3))
