19. The driver of this vehicle was deported from a foreign country for the same behaviour that claimed the lives of 3 young Saint Lucians this night. His mission this night was transporting ladies of the night to his night club as alleged by the on-lookers. This night the Devil prevailed none of the occupants in this vehicle were killed.
