This half-day seminar is designed for all lawyers of any experience level. Ethical guidelines, professionalism, and judicial sanctions will be discussed during this informative and entertaining program presented by some of South Florida's most accomplished attorneys and judges. Finally, a lunchtime panel – which can be attended separately – will give three judges, one from the federal bench, and two from state trial courts, the opportunity to openly share what they hate to see and hear from the attorneys who practice before them.
