2 Yoga helps to keep you fit and increases your energy. It relaxes the body and the mind to obtain all the necessary energy  to the daily life.
3 Yoga provides mental balance. It provides better results than any other tranquilizer. It provides balance and mental clarity allowing you to be alert and relaxed at the same time.
4 Yoga is helpful for the personal growth. It helps you to avoidthe wrong ideas and about yourself and  the life .   It helps to discover the hidden potential of the body.
5 Yoga is a complete and integral system. It helps you to feel comfortable with your body, improves the self-confidence and  increases the concentration and memory.   It offers a life style oriented to cover all the aspects of the life.
6   Yoga improves the social interaction. It teaches ways to develop patience, tolerance, compassion and forgiveness  to live peacefully with the world. .
7 Yoga increases the conscience It allows you to be in contact with your spiritual reality. It allows you to face up to the life situations with serenity .
Yoga can be combined with other disciplines. It can be related to different types of sports  and exercises. 8 Also, yoga can be practiced  with other mental disciplines, like memorization techniques  or chess.
9 Yoga is easy and advisable It is could  be practiced at home. Beginners should attend classes of yoga.
Yoga is liberation 10 It helps you to reduce negatives thoughts and emotions. It provides you  a sensation of fullness,  enrichment and confidence.
