Your supervisor asks you to see a client who is new to the agency. He is 21 years of age and of Asian descent. His parents had moved to the U.S. when this client was approximately 3 years old to give their only son more opportunities. His parents taught him their native language and educated him about his culture of origin. They were a religious family with a deep sense of devotion to their values of dignity, honor, respect and service. He recently lost his parents in a car accident while he was serving in Iraq 6-7 months ago. He was serving his first deployment that started about 18 months prior. He also witnessed many of his friends being killed by a roadside bomb approximately 3 months into serving there. He is recently married and his wife is 6 months pregnant with their first child. She is starting to show signs of complications with the pregnancy and needs to be off work and on bed rest for the remainder of her term. He was honorably discharged to tend to his wife and child but has not found work to support them. This client currently exhibits severe symptoms of anxiety. He is unable to get any rest due to worry over his wife and child. He is having flashbacks of his friends being killed and any loud noise freaks him out. Research has shown that TF-CBT it has as "well-established" efficacy and in a recent study it was the only treatment to be given the highest rating in all reviews (Sigel, Benton, Lynch, & Kramer, 2013) . Having used the treatment method myself with a client during my internship I've seen the effectiveness first hand on how it can impact a client in a positive manner. While the treatment was made with children in mind, it brings up the question of why it hasn't been tweaked in a way that it might benefit an adult as well. What's great about TF-CBT is it's almost like a bunch of different treatments all wrapped up into one. Each treatment is essentially put into a unit or section that the counselor and client will work on. Some of the sections include psycho education, stress management, cognitive coping, etc.. Stress management, in my opinion, is probably one of the most important sections to go over with the client. If the client doesn't know how to deal with their stress than the rest of the treatment will be for naught because the client won't be able to control their stress. The stress management section focuses on teaching the cl controlled breathing, thought stopping and relaxation techniques. A mind-body skills program was made in Gaza to essentially determine how effective these things were for people's overall quality of life in people with PTSD, depression, and anxiety (Gordon, Staples, He, & Atti, 2016) . They did a 10 session mind-body skills group that included meditation, guided imagery, breathing techniques, autogenic training, biofeedback, genograms, and self-expression through words, drawings, and movement (Gordon, Staples, He, & Atti, 2016) . At the end of the program they found a significant improvement in overall quality of life in the clients that participated in the program, and at a 10 month follow-up the improvements were fully maintained (Gordon, Staples, He, & Atti, 2016) . These four different groups helped to determine if there was any difference between a sibling of an individual with schizophrenia compared to siblings that were not impaired. The study focused on the working memory of the individuals. fMRI scans were used as well as other basic imaging and recall memory assessment activities (Repovs & Barch, 2012). Program code examples (known also as worked examples) play a crucial role in learning how to program. Instructors use examples extensively to demonstrate the semantics of the programming language being taught and to highlight the fundamental coding patterns. Programming textbooks allocate considerable space to present and explain code examples. To make the process of studying code examples more interactive, CS education researchers developed a range of tools to engage students in the study of code examples. These tools include codecasts (codemotion,codecast,elicasts), interactive example explorers (WebEx, PCEX), and tutoring systems (DeepTutor). An important component in all types of worked examples is code explanations associated with specific code lines or code chunks of an example. The explanations connect examples with general programming knowledge explaining the role and function of code fragments or their behavior. In textbooks, these explanations are usually presented as comments in the code or as explanations on the margins. The example explorer tools allow students to examine these explanations interactively. Tutoring systems, which engage students in explaining the code, use these model explanations to check student responses and provide scaffolding. In all these cases, to make a worked example re-usable beyond its presentation in a lecture, the explanations have to be authored by instructors or domain experts i.e., produced and integrated into a specific system. As the experience of the last 10 years demonstrated, these explanations are hard to obtain. Those already collected are usually “locked” in a specific example-focused system and can’t be reused. The purpose of this working group is to support broader re-used of worked examples augmented with explanations. Our current plan is to develop а standard approach to represent explained examples. This approach will enable an example created for any of the existing systems to be explored in a standard format and imported into any other example-focused system. We plan to follow a successful experience of the PEML working group focused on re-using programming exercises.

1. Your supervisor asks you to see a client who is new to the agency. He is 21 years of age and of Asian descent. His parents had moved to the U.S. when this client was approximately 3 years old to give their only son more opportunities. His parents taught him their native language and educated him about his culture of origin. They were a religious family with a deep sense of devotion to their values of dignity, honor, respect and service. He recently lost his parents in a car accident while he was serving in Iraq 6-7 months ago. He was serving his first deployment that started about 18 months prior. He also witnessed many of his friends being killed by a roadside bomb approximately 3 months into serving there. He is recently married and his wife is 6 months pregnant with their first child. She is starting to show signs of complications with the pregnancy and needs to be off work and on bed rest for the remainder of her term. He was honorably discharged to tend to his wife and child but has not found work to support them. This client currently exhibits severe symptoms of anxiety. He is unable to get any rest due to worry over his wife and child. He is having flashbacks of his friends being killed and any loud noise freaks him out. He reports that he has also not been able to process his parents’ deaths and feels depressed all of the time. He has lost his appetite and states he has started to hear voices. It is your turn to present a case in the outpatient meeting.
