dark and depressing about her but her eyes look so
bright and loving that her dark past doesn't bother
her. David Lazar is a travel photographer and
musician from Brisbane, Australia, who loves to
capture moments of life, beauty and culture
through photography. He is drawn to locations
which have a rich cultural background and he is
especially interested in portrait and landscape
photography.
2. Steve McCurry
• These images are also taken by Steve McCurry who mainly takes photos of people who have
very bright and beautiful eyes in mainly Afghanistan he also likes to take photos of young
people to show the beauty in their eyes and he also likes to take the photos in their homes to
make them seem like this is natural for them.
Steve McCurry is an internationally known documentary photographer with
a speciality in India and south-east Asia. His best known photographs are
rich vibrant color prints that show small moments of daily life with its
struggles and joy. Born in Philadelphia he graduated from the College of
Arts and Architecture at the Pennsylvania State University with a degree in
cinematography. After working for a local newspaper for two years he
travelled to India and it is there that he discovered his passionate interest in
the religion.
3. Mario Testino
Mario Testino is a famous Peruvian fashion photographer. His work has been featured
in many magazines such as Vanity Fair and Vogue. His breakthrough came when he
was chosen by Princess Diana for her 1997 Vanity Fair photoshoot. After this, he was
regularly chosen by the British royal family for their official pictures. He is widely
credited for his persistence in shooting Gisele Bundchen and elevating her to
supermodel status.
