Overview
This unique program is aimed at helping leaders become more proficient and active in giving
performance feedback. During this program we help your leaders develop new, positive and enduring
habits to increase performance, engagement and satisfaction by providing more effective performance
feedback. This is program is 21 consecutive days in duration and blends the four learning modalities
below into a powerful skill building experience with real ROI.
2013 Session Launch 1. On-line Web-based Learning. The program kicks off with a 60-75 minute webinar. During
January 31 this web based learning session participating leaders will:

3. On-line Support, Community & Accountability. Learning will be sustained through
a daily online discussion board that will help guide leaders through sticking points and
strengthen their effectiveness and success through:
◊ A moderated forum to receive help and support from staff and other participating leaders.
◊ Additional videos, articles and studies for learning and on-line discussion.
◊ A forum to “check-in” share experiences, successes and challenges.
4. 21 Days of Practice & Application. This program is 21 (consecutive) days long to allow
participating leaders to build and sustain the new skills, perspective and habits that will serve
them throughout their careers.
Participating leaders are required to; attend the online learning event (75 minutes), develop their
feedback system (60 minutes) and encouraged to check-in and access discuss board daily (10
minutes).

on increasing the effectiveness and frequency of performance feedback with direct reports, there is
