4. My mother told me the secret on
how to cook the best adobo in town.
She said I need to prepare all the
ingredients first like the chicken, soy
sauce (toyo), vinegar (suka), onions,
garlic, laurel leaves, potatoes and
some other condiments. Secondly,
she told me to be prepared and love
what I’m doing. if there is no love in

worthless.

• Describes places, people, events, situations, or
locations in a highly-detailed manner;
• The author uses the senses (hearing, smelling,
seeing, feeling, tasting; and

6. Yesterday we went to Baguio
with my family. The place is very far
away from Pampanga. It is very
cold, especially now. There are a lot
of people walking because the traffic
is too heavy. You can see many
stores selling different kinds of food
that are only from here. I have tried
the strawberry taho, peanut brittle,
the hot corn paste, local batirol and
many more. I like Baguio.
