Ma’am:
May I have the honor to apply in your good office for transfer from my present
station, Jose Bitac Elementary School, Manay District, Division of Davao Oriental to
Matina Aplaya Elementary School, Matina District, Division of Davao City, in due to the
following reasons to wit, that:
1. I am a bonafied resident of Matina Aplaya, Davao City;
2. I want to spend more time with my family whenever they need my urgent
attention but the long distance hinder us;
3. I want to strengthen the team spirit of my family and the intimate child-mother
relationship. I can’t do it because we are far from each other;
4. It would be very accessible for me to grow professionally by pursuing my
Masters degree;
5. The station where I was presently assigned is at risk of impending danger and
prevailing hazards. The safety and wellbeing of teachers, families and
communities are in great jeopardy. Armed conflict between Communist Party
of the Philippines and the Government is apparent and observable in the area
and creates immense grief and misery thus this crisis situation urge me to
submit an application and most of all;
6. To let my family be free from psychological dilemma. The percentage of
assurance of my safety and security is lesser compared to when peace talks
are on process and now that the communist ends unilateral ceasefire and
armed conflict arises, it gives them mental and emotional instability resulting
to stress and unproductivity.
I am looking forward to your positive action. Enclosed herewith are my
Pertinent Papers for your evaluation and approval.
