I am Vener Vince Delos Santos Balisi, a graduate from Western Mindanao State
University, a licensed nurse with masteral degree of Nursing major in Medical Surgical
Nursing at Universidad del Sto. Thomas. I graduated as a cum laude in Bachelor of
Science in Nursing on March 2024, passed the Philippine Nursing Licensure Exam
(PNLE) given last November 2024 and finished my masteral degree in May 2026,
respectively.

2. My experiences in the healthcare field for the past years have been a great contributor in developing my
nursing skills and interpersonal abilities. Presently, I am working as a Clinical Instructor for nursing
students in Western Mindanao State University. I have also practiced my nursing profession in
Zamboanga Doctor’s Hospital as Intensive Care Unit Head Nurse and a Phlebotomist at Ciudad Medical
Zamboanga, 2025-2027. I have great communication skills as I fluent in several Philippine languages
such as Filipino and Chavacano, of which I can speak Spanish, and has great conversational English
skills. Also, I have established great interpersonal and adaptability skills over the course of my career
that had help build rapport and camaraderie between other healthcare professionals. At this time, I am
looking for a healthcare institution that can help me enhance my knowledge and skills in the nursing
field – especially with the emerging technological mediums – with a good salary offer and where I can
provide appropriate, optimal, and quality care to patients, learn, and acquire new healthcare strategies,
methods, and skills and establish rapport and camaraderie between fellow nurses and other healthcare
