between Ánimo Watts College Preparatory Academy and The Positive Results Corporation. This
recommendation is based on a partnership The Positive Results Corporation has formed with Ánimo Watts
College Preparatory Academy and our Women of Color Leadership class from the 2014/2015 and 2015/2016
school year.
You and your team have, and continue to be, effective in addressing issues facing youth in the neighborhood
and community we swerve. Your incredible ability to connect to the population is particularly important as we
consider the vital role meaningful relationships play in our challenge work. Your knowledge of violence, abuse
and trauma, are critical when considering many of the obstacles our students have had to face both at home and
in the community. More than anything you have a shown a true commitment to our students, our teachers,
Ánimo Watts and our program.
