The client is one of the largest ball bearing company. This is rated as a high complexity
application due to its size and the wide range of functionality that it provides. It almost have 300
applications and in that COH-DOH is most critical application. In this most of applications is supported
by HP .This application was handed over to HP for 24X7 support and maintenance.
The project deals mainly in releases, according the requirements for different zones.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Managed continuous communication with international clients (Corporate / Individual).
• Compiled, interpreted & analyzed customer’s applicable databases for quality improvement and
