1. Project Name: HP-CPE (From Jan 2012 to April 2014)

Description
We were a team of 5 and part of Maintenance team responsible for root causing the customer issues on the printer
driver released to market and fixing it. Printer drivers are the software for Microsoft windows OS which helps in
communication of printer device and operating system. We were doing the maintenance activity for the HP printer
drivers which are released to market. Such as root causing any customer issues, implementing the new features
for the particular customer or suggesting the workaround for the customers.
Responsibilities:
 Prepare test cases (manual) Test Plans, Test Matrices, Test Scenarios.
 Finding the root cause for the issues.
 Document test results and work arounds.

2. Project Name: HP OMC (From May 2014 to Nov 2014)

We were giving the support for all the HP Photo Centers all over the world. Working in rotating shifts to deploy the
latest themes and upgrades to all the Photo center devices. Walmart were the major customers who were having
their photo centers in North America. We were doing deployments of new themes and upgrades. And also
maintaining the store health activities, like all the IP addresses of the machines are working. And all the devices
are connected to HP tools in backend and also monitoring the order flow.
Responsibilities:
 Triggering the Deployment on all the Devices during non-Business hours.
 Monitoring the deployments and make sure that all the stores are up and working before business hours
starts.
 Maintaining store health.
 Maintaining the database of the stores of all the regions.
 Adding and deleting the stores to database which opened newly and closed respectively.
 Documenting the results of the deployment.

activities for all the teams.
