Students at Bishop Mcdevitt High school organized a donation drive to collect essential items for babies in January, filling boxes with bottles, formula, blankets, clothes and toys which they donated to a local crisis pregnancy home. The homerooms came together to support struggling families by providing needed baby supplies in a show of kindness and willingness to help those unable to support themselves.

1. Bundles For Babies <br />One problem in our world today is the families around the world who can not provide the necessary essentials for their children. Recently students at Bishop Mcdevitt High school recognized this concern and decided to do something about it. A nearby crisis pregnancy home, Our Lady’s House was the recipient of Mcdevitt’s generosity.<br />Students planned a drive through the month of January where important items were collected and donated to woman and children at the crisis pregnancy center. Some of the common items were baby bottles, formula, blankets, baby clothes, and little toys. Each homeroom filled at least one box with items which students themselves bought for the needy. <br />This outreach of kindness was an excellent example of people’s willingness to support others when they can’t support themselves<br /> <br />
