The Bay PTA is offering all parents and students the opportunity to purchase a 2013-14 BAY
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL YEARBOOK. Our Bay Yearbook is INCLUSIVE of grades Kindergarten
through 5th Grade this year, so each child from Bay Elementary School will be featured with a student
photo in the yearbook. Other photo highlights in the book will include PTA family fun nights, music
groups (band, orchestra, chorus), as well as other fun candid shots. Cost of Yearbook is $26.00.
*As in previous years, the 5th grade students will be receiving their yearbooks as a graduation gift from the PTA*
All Parents, Grades K-5 have the opportunity to purchase a BOOSTER MESSAGE to their child in the
YEARBOOK. (ie; “Kaitlyn, Congratulations on making Show Choir this year, Love Gram & Pop-Pop” , “Jamie,
Good Luck in Middle School - we love you! Love Mom, Dad & Johnny” or “Mrs. Cooper, Thank you for being such
a great teacher, Love The Smith Family). Families may purchase as many Boosters as they wish.
Cost: $3.00 per line (75 characters including spaces & punctuation) or $5.00 for two lines (75-150 characters).
Boosters must be returned by March 7th 2014 to reach print deadline for Yearbook.
** If you HAVE any photos from the 2013-14 school year that you would like included in the yearbook, please send them via
email to kkaufer@optonline.net. Please do not send any photos that were taken with cell phones, as they do not transfer well
to high-resolution copy such as Yearbook Production. Photos must be received by 3/7 to be included in 2013-14 Yearbook,
and due to limited space, there is no guarantee that all photographs submitted will be included and published.
