3. Cougars Vision
The vision of Kirby Middle School is to be the middle
school of choice in the Hickory Hill area by
equipping students with the emotional, social, and
academic skills needed to enable them to be
effective communicators in a rapidly-changing
world. By developing comprehension, computation,
reasoning, & problem- solving skills, our students
will successfully transition to high school, college,
and beyond.

Thursday February 13th, 2014
1970
Joseph L. Searles, III became the first black floor
member and floor broker in the New York Stock
Exchange. He worked as a floor partner in the firm
of Neburger, Loeb and Company.

14. Uniform Policy Reminders
Students remember that large oversized
coats and jackets must be stored in your
locker during class hours.
The only authorized jackets that may be worn
during school hours are light weight black,
navy blue, and white cardigan type jackets.
That is with no hoods, prints, or logos.
