Piarom is one of the highest quality and most expensive Iranian dates to export which is
exclusively cultivated in Southern Iran and the northernmost part of Hormozgan province, in
the mountain-plains region. Piarom palms are mainly planted in the plains of the mountains
and are irrigated by water from rivers of the region running in canals designed at different levels

Rabbi Dates which is extremely popular in both domestic and international markets, is one of the
most featured type of dates in Baluchistan and the most important and commercial dates in
country. It has a semi-dried texture and therefore is pretty durable to preserve for a long time. It is
used in variety of fresh cuisines and is very similar to the Piarom dates. Rabbi is very tasty and
luscious but due to its high vulnerability and susceptibility, people in Sistan and cover

Then they let them stay on the palms till all of the products pass through the rutab stage and

Shahani dates gets to its best in the fully ripe (Rutab) stage. At this stage both dates
