Great pyramid of kings especially King
Khufu or Cheops were the highest point
of pyramid construction. the largest built
on a base of 13 acres and with the height
of 450 feet. The huge stones were
weighing two and a half to thirty tons.
The king’s mummy was concealed
beneath several layers of gold and silver
sarcophagi.
KING KHUFU’ PYRAMID
Temples
Painting, sculpture, art architecture
with fullest expression were found also
in ancient Egyptian temples.
Egyptian architecture developed the use
of the post-and-lintel system.
Queen Hatshepsut and Abu Simbel Temple
