3. A 28 years old women c/o shortness of breath since last 6 hours during dusting at home during
Deepawali festival. She had a h/o of allergy with dust, smoke and pollens and also had a h/o of atopic
dermatitis. Chest X-ray is normal. On hematological examination, Hb<9.5mg/dl and eosinophilia and
raised ESR.
6. A 30 years old female named Priyanka Chopra known case of asthma and taking Salbutamol MDI for last 10 years.
One day, during Deepawali festival she dusted her home and burnt fire crackers in night and enjoyed that day very
well. But, in night 3 a.m. she suffered with persistent wheezing and dyspnoea. Her asthma has not been controlled
with adequate asthma treatment during that period. She was taken to hospital and admitted in ICU. Her chest x-ray
reveled left sided hilar opacity, CT releveals nodular lesion at same location. On hematological examination Hb<
7.5mg/dl and eosinophilia. She is not able to complete a single sentence.
9. A 40 years old man c/o occasional headache. His BP was found 146/98 mmHg and BMI>34.5. He
carries older prescription slip which indicate BP 160/102 mmHg one week back. Lipid profile, Thyroid
profile, RFT, LFT are with in normal limit as per older prescription.
12. A 16 years old girl p/w loss of consciousness in emergency. Her relatives gave a h/o of abnormal jerky
body movements and recurrent episode of seizure without regaining consciousness in between. She is
a known case of GTCS.
24. A 40 years old male consumedbeer with red meat in regular basis.
Now, he c/o severe pain, swelling, warmth and erythema in great toe. On blood examination,
Serum uric acid >125 mg/dl.
