1. Roles & Responsibilities- DECOM VESSEL REP
GMSE DECOM PLANNING
Responsible for Master GMSE rota/Bed plan. Approval for any requests. Planning and executing up man/down man and
arranging extra flight requirements. Keeping track of all personnel’s approved holidays and requesting cover from AMECFW.
VIKB DECOM PLANNING
Responsible for keeping tracker for all Decom personnel bedded on VIKB. Seeking bedding approval from VIKB Planner
and submitting AIR Forms for bookings to be created/changed.
FLIGHTSHEETS
Writing and distributing all mobilisations and check in’s for all relevant companies. Liaising any changes and any certification
requirements prior to mobilisation.
BED REPORT
Keeping a full bed report of where all personnel on board are bedded, what beds are available/need changed and
distributing this report daily.
DAILY REPORT POB
Keeping the DR POB up to date with mob/demob dates, full list of current POB and shifts.
HELIADMIN
Responsible for all Heli-admin duties on board including checking in passengers, flight briefings, manifesting air freight and
liaising with flight logistics for any bumps/delays/changes.
MUSTER
Responsible for all muster lists to be kept up to date, printed and distributed immediately from changes. Keeping all
emergency teams current and correct. Responsible for communicating muster check points headcount from the ECC in the
event of Emergency/Drill and tallying total POB.
HYGEINE AUDITS
Attending weekly Vessel hygiene audit and discussing current state and communicating any welfare issues.
SURVIVAL SUITAUDITS
Responsible for auditing all survival suits on board are correctly stored and labelled and keeping spare suit register up to
date with ordering new spares should they be required.
LOCKER AUDITS
Responsible for keeping Locker register up to date with current occupiers and noting any spares for new arrivals.
AMECFW TIMEKEEPING
Responsible for all AMECFW timekeeping on board and recording downtime. Arrange all PPE requirements and coordinate
all Holiday requests.
SAFETY MEETING MINUITERECORDING
Attending and recording safety meeting minutes to later distribute to relevant parties. Attending HSE conference calls to
discuss safety topics.
INDUCTIONS
Carrying out all Vessel inductions for new arrivals with a safety induction power point presentation followed by internal
Vessel familiarisation and arranging external induction with Safety Advisor.
