The things I like about sixth grade are the teachers. I like the teachers
because you have a lot of different teachers because you change classes, so
there are different personalities to get used to. You also get to change
classes. I like that because you meet new people in each class. In sixth grade
you also get to make new friends from the other four elementary schools.
You also get to see old friends from the kindergarten. I also get to see my
cousins when I’m waiting in for my bus in the gymnasium. Another thing I
like about sixth grade is that if you’re in a hurry and you miss breakfast you
can buy it in the cafeteria when you’re waiting for school to start. I also like
the larger library so I can check out more books.
Dislike
The things I dislike about sixth grade are you have to get up way
earlier and if you had a sports game or practice you would be super-duper
tired in school. Other things I don’t like are how lunch and I.D. are
connected. I don’t like this because if you lose or forget your I.D. you have
to wait in the line twice before you can buy a lunch. Also I don’t like how
we need to have agenda’s I mean we’re sixth grades we can remember our
own homework. Speaking of homework it seems like we get way too much
in math. Also if you’re gone or sick it’s almost impossible to make up
because you have humongous piles of homework. By the way on the bus
you barely have any room because of band instruments and people sleeping.
