• Provide a training atmosphere where college students can:
o Be equipped with truth
o See a heavenly vision
o Be helped in their experience of life
o Enter into the practice of the church life
o Be perfected in the preaching of the gospel
• To maintain a sanctified atmosphere, each student must agree to the
training regulations, which include:
o A strict dress code
o Minimal contact between brothers and sisters
o Oral and written testing
o A strict schedule
3. Benefits of the College Training
• Impact especially noticeable with incoming college freshmen
o Stirred up to actively participate in the Lord’s move on their campuses
o Motivated to continue to pursue the Lord through the school year
• Some have consecrated themselves to go to the full-time training as a result of the
college training
o A significant number of FTTA trainees testified that attending the college
training was a major factor in their wanting to come to the full-time training
• Affords the students priceless opportunities to blend with their peers for mutual
inciting and encouragement

9. Status Update for the National College Training

Cost: $330 per person
Number of attendees that can be accommodated: 1750 (300 International)
Cost for bussing attendees from Chicago to the University (three hours) is included
in the registration cost

Since August 4 there have been four conference calls with about 15 to 20 on each call.
Registration:
We are using a company called RegPAk to develop a robust registration
database.
This database will be used for all college trainings in the future.
We have a detailed timeline with milestones that will enable us to open
registration on January 1,2015

14. We have a cost model that currently projects a cushion (excess of funds) of
