How to set up your GG Trulia Powerhouse Profile. Maximize your success.

Below is how your listings are featured on Trulia. This includes all ACTIVE listings with photos for sale (not
rent). Please allow 3 to 4 days for new listings to appear on Trulia.

ACCESSING YOUR TRULIA PROFILE
Every Gary Greene agent has a free Trulia profile. New agents will
receive an email as shown with their username and a temporary
password within 2 weeks of joining the company. A login link is
provided in the email.
To access your profile anytime – click on the Sign In icon on the upper right of Trulia.com
You do NOT need to create an account – All GG agents have one.
Click the SIGN IN at the bottom of the pop-up screen if it says
Create An Account.
In most cases your username will be your GG email address. You can
reset your password.
If your GG email address does not work, Contact your coordinator
to see what email address is in the BHG Crest accounting system.
That is the email used to create your profile.

2. ENHANCING YOUR TRULIA PROFILE – BASIC ENHANCEMENTS
You will want to update your profile to let consumers know how
awesome you are!
Once you login to your account, on the upper right you will see a link
to View your profile as others see it.
1. Editing your personal information and photo
Click SETTINGS on the upper right
Click UPLOAD A PHOTO to update photo
Make sure name and contact information are correct.
This is also where you can update your password
Connect this account to Facebook
Click SAVE
2. Updating your bio
Click ABOUT on the main dashboard
Move your mouse over your bio section to access the EDIT button. The EDIT button will not show until you
get to that section of the page.
4. Updating your Service Areas (Locations)
Service areas are especially important if you plan on participating
in Trulia voices. Free accounts get to select 3 areas.
Click Edit Service Locations on the right hand side of the main screen.
3. Adding your Social Media Links
Be sure to add your Social Media links.
Under ABOUT, scroll down to the Online section to activate the EDIT icon.
OTHER ENHANCEMENTS
Profiles that are 100% complete get 20x more views that the average profile. Be sure to add your sales, your work
experience and recommendations. Recommendations can be friends and co-workers! Engage with consumers on Trulia
Voices. Download the mobile app and check-in at Open Houses. To see where you are positioned for your area, click
Browse > Agent Directory - then type in your zip code. Free accounts can rank even higher than paid accounts!
5. Personalizing your URL - Trulia assigns you a long default URL (link to your profile)
Click EDIT – and type in your name or team name. This one is now Trulia.com/profile/themartinteam
