A short description
1. Mokytoja supažindina mokinius su kiaulpiene ir trumpai
aptaria jos gydomąsias savybes.
2. Mokiniai ieško kiaulpienių ir kasa jų šaknis.
3. Iškastos šaknys paruošiamos džiovinimui.
1. A teacher introduces the students with the dandelion and
its healing properties.
2. The students make a field trip. They look for the
dandelions and dig their roots.
3. The roots of the dandelions are prepared to dry.

Mokiniai geba atpažinti kiaulpienę, rinkti jos šaknis ir jas

flowering herbaceous
perennial plant.
• The name of the genus,
Taraxacum, is derived
from the Greek taraxos
(disorder), and akos
(remedy), on account of
the curative action of
the plant.

žolinis, daugiametis
auga
• Genties pavadinimas
“Taraxum” yra kilęs iš
graikų kalbos žodžio
taraxos –, sutrikimas ir
akos –vaistas, remiantis
šio augalo gydomuoju
poveikiu.

• The dandelion is wide
spread in the pastures,
meadows and fields.
• It blooms in spring and in
the beggining of summer.
The dandelion is well
known for its yellow
flower heads that turn
into round balls of silver
tufted fruits that disperse
in the wind.
• Kiaulpienė yra plačiau
paplitusi pievose,
ganyklose ir laukuose.
• Ji žydi pavasarį ir vasaros
pradžioje. Kiaulpienė yra
gerai žinoma dėl savo
geltonų žiedų, vėliau
virstančių į sidabriškų

nešiojamus vėjo.
