2. Q1 - What is your gender?
Due to it not being a even
split with almost 9%
difference between male
to female in favour of
Female we cannot take
these results as definite
results and so cant
completely scope into this
target audience.
3. Q2 – What is your age?
The age range we got meant that we had
a slightly younger than expected age
range partake in the questionnaire
however due to most people who were
asked being in college most of the 12-17
were 17, apart from the high number of
younger participants we have at least one
person in each other age range apart from
45/54 years. These results do mean that
we will not take all the results as concrete
research due to it not being a spread out
age range.
4. Q3 - What time do you most commonly watch TV?
We found out that a majority
people who we asked
watched TV from 7pm-
9pm/9pm onwards which
means scheduling our
programme at 9:15 will mean
that it will reach our target
audience or reach them by
using inheritance and
scheduling our programme
after popular programme.
5. Q4 - Which channel do you usually watch?
Out of the people who
answered the questionnaire
we found that there wasn’t a
definite channel that people
usually watch as there were
only 5 answers between the
top 4 answers meaning that
the channel we should put
the documentary on doesn’t
matter too much as people
watch a majority of the main
channels.
6. Q5 - How often do you watch documentaries?
Most people said they
would watch
documentaries on a
weekly or monthly basis
this doesn’t effect our
scheduling times as we
don’t know which
documentary they will
have watched most
recently meaning its near
to impossible to find out
if it has been a week or a
month since they last
watched a documentary.
7. Q6 - What’s your favourite music genre?
Out of the people we asked
there wasn’t a music genre

featured indie which again
means there isn’t one
particular genre of music
which was a majority.
8. Q7 - What is your favourite colour?
Out of our respondents’
faviroute colours again there
wasn’t a definite answer
however many people did
answer blue, red and “other”
the other answers mainly
included green. This again
means we cant take a colour
as the definite faviroute but
blue would be the best if we
were to pick one.
9. Q8 - Name 3 emotions

were so many different
emotions listed many
included happy, sad and
angry but almost every
answer was different to
another meaning there
weren’t 3 particular
emotions people thought of.
10. Q9 - What would entice you to watch a
documentary?
The main reason people
answered they would
watch a documentary for
was the topic, some people
also said they would watch
it if it had a certain person
in it or narrating it but the
topic of the documentary
was most peoples driving
factor to watch a
documentary.
11. Q10 - Do you believe that “men don’t cry”?
A overwhelming majority
of people said that they
disagree with the
statement of “men don’t
cry” out of the 2 that
agreed one was in the age
category of 65+ leading our
stereotype of older people
believing that men don’t
cry to be somewhat true.
However because we only
asked one 65+ we wouldn’t
be able to say this is 100%
true.
12. Q11 - People shouldn’t show their emotions?
Similar to the “men don’t
cry” statement only 2
people agreed that people
shouldn’t show there
emotions this again was
the 65+ meaning there was
somewhat truth about the
older generation believing
that emotions should be
kept inside but again its not
100% truth and further
research would be needed
to find an answer.
14. Q13 - What is your most common emotion?
