3. Skąd i Po Co ta Samoorganizacja?

12. Servant Leadership
• Sukces jest mierzony wzrostem sukcesu innych.
• Wpływaj na pojedyncze osoby i zespoły , żeby
brały większa odpowiedzialność za czyny i wyniki.
• Prowadź bez korzystania z władzy lub siły; ludzie
wybierają, żeby za Tobą podążać.
• Inspiruj innych do wielkich rzeczy.

Purpose: Introduce the larger context of servant leadership.
Note to trainers: This is mentioned on the previous two slides, and anyone who has read the Scrum Guide will have seen that a Scrum Master is a servant-leader. We will build upon this concept throughout the course and tie it back together in the Scrum Master module at the end. There is more to come in a later module.
Discussion
Success of others - individuals, team, product, company, and society
Influence individuals and teams to take greater responsibility – It is not about catering to every single individual need or want. There is a team component as well. It is about teaching/coaching someone to be successful, perhaps a better human. This requires having core principles. This requires having expectations of a team/individuals that sometimes really shouldn't be moved by the preferences or personal needs of an individual.
Lead without using authority or force – this does not mean the person doesn’t have authority and will not use it ever… but the idea is people are not following this leader solely because of his or her authority
Inspire others to higher greatness – this relates to agile/ Scrum with emphasis on continuous improvement and professionalism
