I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about the television I ordered on yout website
www.ebay.com on June 18th. Unfortunately, I have had some troubles with the equipment, as
detailed below.
To begin with, the package arrived late, the website said I would receive it last week, but it got
here yesterday afternoon. To make matters worse, the box was broken, and when I opened it, I
realized that the T.V screen was scratched.
Moreover, you forgot to include the remote control in the order. In addiction, the product
description on your website said that it included a ethernet adapter but I didn't find it in the
package.
Overall, I am extremely dissapointed with this service, and I would appreciate if you could
replace the television, and include a remote control and an ethernet adapter. I think I deserve an
explanation for the inconvenience. I hope this matter will be dealt with responsability.
