Scenario – Preparation Order
Once a customer purchases a good form our e-commerce site the
Preparation Order process takes place. The definition is the following:
Unseal the envelopes, verify that purchase orders are signed and contain
the information necessary to identify customers. The operators of
registration register on a computer the data. This, automatically updates
the inventory of products related to an order. Unavailable goods that could
not be delivered gives rise to a purchase requisition, the rest is saved and
will result in one or several shipments. When n requisitions has been issued,
we proceed with the preparation of a series of packages, optimizing
resources is important so load scheduling is important to keep busy the
storekeeper. Then, an employee walkaround the warehouse to collect
goods. At the end, operators are packing woods through the customer
order on a computer. Once finished, it triggers the local printing of invoice
and shipping documents. The package and accompanying documents (or
proof of non-delivery) are shipped to the customer.
When adding products, delayed orders on these products are selected, each
time that a product is out of stock a notice in sent to the client.

ACTIVITY – IDENTIFY TASKS FROM SCENARIO
• Exemple
When a client comes to the housing agency, he submitted his application to the Registration
applications. It tells the employee the type of property it wants if he wants to rent or buy, budget
constraints and the main characteristics of goods that may be of interest.
The employee saves his request, that it combines the different customer classes corresponding to
the standard description that has been done and he saves the customer information if it is not
known to the 'agency.
Termination of registration of the application starts automatically, for each standard class
corresponding to the customer's request, printing the list of properties still available in this class
(this list includes the location of the property, the asking price and information relating to the
area).
The client examines the various lists and removes the following properties that do not interest
him. If the property is likely to interest him, he addressed the service visits.
For each property selected by the customer, employee consults with a terminal related information
to provide more accurate information while his colleague searches the corresponding photos in the
file. With additional information and photo, the client can make an opinion on the property. The
employee then saves the agreement or disagreement of the client.

Planear es útil. Ciegamente seguir un

seguir estos cronogramas. Todo el
trabajo bien programado y distribuido
pero cuando el plan se encuentra con
la realidad todo se viene abajo.
Construye el hábito de aceptar el

It tells the employee the type of property it wants if he wants to rent or buy, budget constraints and the main characteristics of goods that may be of interest. The employee saves his request, that it combines the different customer classes corresponding to the standard description that has been done and he saves the customer information if it is not known to the 'agency. The client examines the various lists and removes the following properties that do not interest him. If the property is likely to interest him, he addressed the service visits. For each property selected by the customer, employee consults with a terminal related information to provide more accurate information while his colleague searches the corresponding photos in the file. With additional information and photo, the client can make an opinion on the property. The employee then saves the agreement or disagreement of the client.
