This professional development document outlines an initiative to improve teacher development through blended learning and differentiated platforms. Feedback from teachers informed the development of preview materials and collaborative discussions to make sessions more engaging and allow for deeper learning. Surveys guided future professional development by assessing teacher needs and feedback, with the goal of nearly 100% positive responses through differentiated and flipped classroom style sessions that could be directly applied in the classroom.
