This presentation is to discuss the system requirements for hardware and software, to the requirements of the Personnel and Maintenance
Objective is to explain what the Center has and how it works
The Computer Systems shows the Requirements of the systems used by Customers, Personnel, Maintenances and the Connections
Types of Hardware that are found in the center would be Laptops and Desktop Computers for use of tracking information and records. A Wireless Router that connects all the computer systems together. For store hardware there is a Card Reader which reads Credit and Debit cards, which is also connected to the Point of Sale Terminals. In the child care area, the children have access to two gaming consoles, the Xbox 360 and the Wii
The software that will help enable the usage of the hardware includes Wellness Software that can track Customer exercise routines and other health benefits. The center will also have person tracking to see when customers enter and leave, the tracking also includes when children leave and enter the care area. Two essential things within the software would be the Server Operating System and Business management software
The Personnel have a variety of positions that they can choose from. Some of the job positions that can be chosen are Aroma Therapist, Massage therapist, and Trainers in weight and strength training. For those with a higher degree in a certain field, there would be an opportunity to possibly manage that area that they excel at
For those who would like to join the health career within Spa and Fitness, we provide two ways to gain the knowledge and experience. We offer on job training and for those who do not have time to spare, there is distance learning which can be done on a person’s own time
The Centers maintenance includes the Setup and connection of the Systems, and Maintenance will be done to the centers equipment if it is required. The center has a Two year half-off cost on Maintenance. There will be maintenance for the store care so that it is a pleasant environment
The usage for the Terminals is set up to be easy access and uses. Both the Laptop and Desktop Computers can be switched to be used with a keyboard or to be used as a touch interface. The store terminals will be managed be employees
The whole center is connected by a server which uses a wireless router to work and connect everything.
