physical
S PDHPE is not only focused on physical education and
health, but also on the personal development of oneself.
Students learn about their own bodies, feelings, and
relationships.
S It is important to impart a knowledge of health and
wellbeing so ours kids can lead healthy, fulfilling lives in
the future.
S Not only do kids benefit physically, it has been proven
that physically active children perform better
academically, so PDHPE benefits schooling holistically.
