for MFG products, and replacement all old manufacturing process with photo, Generate, release and incorporate Bill of Materials in
PDM system for new assemblies. As required, load Bill of Materials on ERP System, Generate, and release and incorporate
Engineering Documentation on PDM system for new components and assemblies.
Achievement:
• Replacement in one year 400 Process of MFG products from old format in Auto Cad to new format in photo reducing
the ECN implementation from almost a week to 1 day.
• Transferred in 5 month the San Jose transference project, a total of 1627 Finished Goods involved the Creation,
quotation process and submits all necessaries ECNs to qualify unique parts to load the BOMs and all structure in
Nogales Oracle System reducing the schedule planned from a year to 5 month.
• Trained in 3 month the Nogales group to change from Deviation notices DVN to E_MEM removing un-necessaries
external approved, this help us reduce the implement of the Notices from 7 day to 2 days.
