The document proposes the development of an online satsang exam system to enable devotees to take exams online. It will have different exam levels for kids, young, and older devotees. Project
Online Satsang Exams is being launched because a need for a destination that is
helpful for both satsang center and devotees.
The purpose of on-line test is to take online test in a proper manner and no time
wasting for checking the paper.
The main objective of on-line test is to gives fast results and reduce the manual
paper checking work by automated generate result.

4. ScoPe of
work
The Administration can provides questions with respective exam levels. There are three types of
different exam levels,
1) for small age devotee.

 The existing system is manual entry of up keeping of the details of the devotees who
are registered already.
 Some of devotees very difficult from far distance to reach the exam center.
 waste of paper to print a number of exam papers and results
 In existing system report generation is very difficult it is done by manually difficult to
find out previous details.
 Devotees can not view their result at a time.

 Upload a new book for different level of devotees.
 Add new functionality “Set Exam” for the changes in positive and negative marks
and exam time of exam paper.
 Add new privileges to admin for making changes in Devotees detail.
 Provide result in well define format and also send to Email address of the devotee.
 Store results to generate report
 Add more subjects in each exam level.
